She was so sweet and mentioned how eggs have protein and I could at least enjoy the pastries. Later in the evening, the gentleman at the front desk was helpful with finding an electronic adapter that could work with our chargers. He even let us borrow one. The hotel itself has a charm to it, it's very outdated. We thought we were onboard the Titanic in the early 1900s. We got the family deluxe room which had a hallway, a separate queen size bedroom and then another room with two twin beds.

So we wouldn't use them again. Got my local Tesco to ring a taxi for me and they use G cabs for some reason. Waited 20 mins in the cold, eventually a taxi came but it stopped by someone who had just rung. I said I thought it was my taxi, gave my name and said that the other person had just rung them but the driver hadn't even been given a name let alone a destination by G cabs controller and refused to accept it was my my taxi and drove off with the other woman.. Rang Bracken cabs and their taxi came in 5 mins. Don't use G cabs they are useless and very rude.
