I called the shop and the owner tells me it's nothing to do with him and it's up to carpet fitter if he wants to answer and do the job. very unprofessional and rude company who has the audacity to treat people like dirt, they don't have a clue in customer service or the very basic of speaking to customers. people like this shouldn't be operating and dealing with people, they need to learn how to speak to people or at least answer the phone and be upfront. Dont use these cowboys, they are rude, have no manners or customer etiquette and don't know what they are doing.
