It is quite important for anyone to be comfortable with a contractor and not to feel being played in regard to pricing. Call Landen Kemp720-975-5291! He is honest, courteous, responsive, great to work with, and all at a very reasonable rate. Landen will let you know what needs to be done without pushing for extra work. He takes time to explain everything in detail even if it is just a Free, No-Obligation Estimate. On short notice, he stepped up and removed a dead Aspen tree the same time/day he came to give a free estimate. It's especially impressive that he offered to do it right away, after a full work day and he finished the job very effectively despite the fact that it was getting dark outside. We are really appreciative of the help and look forward to having him back to work on more trees and other projects in the future. Awesome service!

After the job was finished they came back and said I needed to add vents to the house & the city failed my house inspection. So they wanted me to pay an additional $960.00 to add vents. Where was the project manager? Why didn't the professionals know my house should have vents? Why did I find 25-30 roofing nails on my property when the job was done! Shoddy work. Would not recommend.

However, when we tried to use our gas fireplace a few weeks after the roofing job, it wouldn't stay lit. We ended up calling out a fireplace tech who found that the wrong (non-identical) cap had been placed on the chimney. It cost us around $400 to order a new cap and pay for two service calls. We contacted Luke at Dingers and he promised to "make it right." However, he is currently ghosting us and not responding to the invoices we have sent him. If you use them, be prepared that they will likely not stand behind their work. Very frustrated.

Today, they provide shade and beauty to our landscape and better yet, great memories for our family! We've worked with Arbor Masters, before. We were happy with their previous work but even still, we got a few quotes for our tree work, this year. It had been six years since we've had these trees manicured. Arbor Masters won the job and came out for a day, last week. The first thing the technicians said was, "those are some hairy trees." Eight hours later, they looked more like trees than bushes. Beautiful! The technicians, Alex and Lucas, were diligent and professional but more impressively, they were true gentlemen. They repeatedly asked how we liked our trees looked. I spent the entire afternoon watching Alex climb our 60 foot maple and 40 foot Shumard oak. I was impressed with the way they worked, together. Moreover, the quality of their work was better than ever. I doubt that I'll ever be getting bids on my tree work, again. Arbor Masters should be your first call. You'll be happy with their price and delighted with their work. Five stars!
