Really nice little campground and responsibly priced. Came for cranberry fest and it was perfect for what we needed.

The attention to detail and planning the owners have put into this new RV park is incredible - down to the very best shower/bathroom facility I've ever seen! I know they have many things planned for this park, but just the land and creek running through the land was enough for us to know we will be back soon! The sites are well-planned out, the water/sewer/electrical hook ups are brand new, once the grass grows a bit more the sites will be perfect! You can jump on the La Crosse River State Trail, only 5 minutes by bike or drive and park nearby. If you fish or just like to hike around, the creek is beautiful. The amount of time and effort put in to maintain the health of the creek is evident. The multi-generational family owners were so welcoming. I'm glad they decided to share this beautiful land with others! We will be back soon.

They have a massive…read morewater obstacle course, mini golf, racing water slides, wave pool, lazy river, playgrounds, multiple pools. The cabins are newer and ours had a bunk room that slept 4, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a futon bed. It was nice to each have our own space and have cabins right next to each other for meal time and camp fires. There is a fast casual place for food on site. They have an app with a schedule of all of their activities: DJ dance party, outdoor movies, bedtime stories with yogi bear, Gaga ball, tie dye, etc. The one thing that was frustrating/needs some work is reserving golf carts. I don't understand why they don't offer advanced golf cart reservations, especially when there are elderly grandparents or families with very young children/babies. Cart rentals start at 12pm and people started getting in line at 10:30 (standing on concrete for 1.5 hours in direct sunlight just waiting for a window to open!!!). Giving it 4 stars because of this.

Disappointing Experience: Not the Quality We Expected I am…read morewriting this review because my family has been coming to Jellystone for years, and this is the first time I have ever felt the need to lodge a formal complaint. Unfortunately, our recent stay was so disappointing that I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this location to others. We didn't have many issues at our cabin. We did find various pieces of garbage around the yard, and there was visible black mold in our shower. We are used to this at Jellystone and overlook it as we are camping and "roughing it". The pool area was in a concerning state. The wave pool was completely non-functional. When we inquired, we were told the pump was broken and they were waiting on parts. The lazy river, which is connected to the wave pool, was extremely slow and dirty, leading us to wonder if the circulation issues were due to the broken pump--and, more importantly, whether the water was actually safe to be in. To make matters worse, the adjacent splash pad was so filthy that my children initially thought it was closed for the season. The most frustrating part of our trip, however, was the golf cart rental. We paid $85 a day, but the cart was essentially unusable for most of our stay. Despite plugging it in carefully overnight, the battery light was flashing on our drive to the pool the next morning. We plugged it in at the pool, but the light was flashing again shortly after we started riding around the park later, forcing us to cut our ride short. The issue persisted throughout our stay. Even after charging it again and attempting to use it, the battery light would come on immediately. We ended up having to push the cart up a hill to get it back to our cabin. When we turned the cart in, we asked for a partial refund due to our inability to use the service we paid for. The front desk staff suggested we were likely having electrical issues at our cabin, yet they refused to provide any refund. They claimed we should have called an after-hours line, which we were unaware of. When I mentioned our history as long-time guests, a rude man with gauges in his ears dismissively said, "You've stayed here many times and didn't know to call the courtesy line? Buh-bye." We have always enjoyed our past visits, but the lack of basic maintenance and the patronizing, unhelpful customer service we received this time are unacceptable. Do better, Jellystone.

Love this park!…read more We've been coming to Country Roads since 2004. We've been here for a number of RV rallies and just short visits on our own. We knew the previous owners well. I don't know the current owner or if I've met them but I will say that the place is still very well run from a customer perspective. All staff we've ever encountered has represented the park well. The property is kept up well. Always mowed and nice flowers and plants well planted and cared for all over the park. We used the laundry this week there for the very first time. It was very clean, the machines all worked well and it was inexpensive in our experience ($2 per wash and $2 per dry). The laundry is behind the office and accessible from the office or from the back of the building. Tokens for the machines are sold at the office. They sell firewood, ice, food and other items at the office. There's a small check-in office as you enter the park. Once you are checked in, staff escorts you to your site. The roads in the park in concentric circles. It's very unique and it works very well. There are a lot of tall, mature trees that they keep trimmed up nicely. So most sides have some shade and some sites have a lot of shade. There are bathhouses here. I've not used the showers but I have used the restrooms. Very clean. This park allows travel trailers, 5th wheels and motor homes. I'm not sure if they have any age restrictions on units. I've seen some older (not junky) units in here, some very nice Prevost-based units and everything in between. There are seasonal RVers here but my sense it that great than 50% of the RVers here are transient. Country Roads has always advertised itself "for the big kids". This means there are rarely any children present. There is no playground here and the pool was filled in, in the early 2000's. This suits us well. There are many, many RV parks in this area and all of them cater to families and that's just fine. We've stayed at many of them when we had our kids with us. Country Roads in 5 to 10 minutes from anything in Lake Delton / Wisconsin Dells / Baraboo. A Walmart and Home Depot and more are a quarter mile away. I can recommend Country Roads to any RVer with any type of RV.

Full hook-ups at a reasonable price. Lots are long and spacious. You're close to your neighbor, but not that close. They do have horseshoes to throw and they do Farkle Friday (dice game if you don't know what that is). It's very close to the Dells, Devil's Lake State Park and Mirror Lake State Park. Lots to do in the area, especially for families. TONS of water parks (which were insanely crowded this weekend as we drove by).

The Porta potty's nearest our tent camping site were…read moreliterally pristine even though it was rainy, and they had a nice little trashcan inside the Porta potty and outside of the Porta potty. It's the details! The land itself was gorgeous, the lady on the phone listened to the fact that I had six teenagers and put us at the spot right by the fishing hole where we had our own private beach for the river. The river the first day was up to our knees with a current that was manageable. Unfortunately the weather wasn't very cooperative with tubing ($11 a tube) which is what we wanted to do, but they also rented kayaks and canoes. The girl in the store was the family owner's teenage daughter and she was very sweet. At one point the four 14 year old boys took off on an Adventure down river, so I was in cell phone contact after hours with the owner of the campground trying to find out where they might pull aground when we spotted them coming in on an ATV from a local, friendly neighbor. They have a well-maintained volleyball court, gaga pit, badminton court with all the necessary equipment. They had covered picnic table area and a little camp store with cold pop and ice. They had cabins for rent at $149 a night which I looked into when there was a tornado watch. We were the only tent campers, (maybe other people had actually read the weather report), but it was a very quiet campground with only a crying baby early one morning from the many RV sites. None of us took a shower, but I did use the bathroom and peek into the showers and they were spotlessly clean like everything else. We also took a walk through their butterfly garden, so beautiful and peaceful. And for some reason not very many mosquitoes, not sure if they treat for them or we just got lucky but pretty much no bugs except for some flies when the teenagers didn't wash the dishes properly... it was about $150 for three nights of tent camping which included two sites and five packs of wood. A bargain! You won't regret it! Oh and my last bit involves cell phone reception: if you have T-Mobile you will get no service, if you have Verizon you will go from no service to 1 to 2 bars randomly, and if you have AT&T you will have full service the whole time.

We stayed during the week and it was very peaceful and quiet. There were a lot of of children for my three littles to play with. The swimming area is so pretty! It is pretty shallow so it was perfect for my 2 year old and 5year old to play. Our last day we decided to float the river and it was beautiful and an easy float. The owner was friendly as well. My only suggestions are to bring lighter fluid because the wood is a little damp and some type of fly repellant. Mosquitoes were not bad at all which was great! Overall we absolutely loved Lost Falls!
