Hired this firm to handle water coming up from the garage foundation. Mind you this is a $10,000…read morejob! What a nightmare this firm has turned out to be. Synopsis: 4/24 Started job. Unable to complete the job, was to call us that Monday with a return appointment time. Heard nothing. Left message for their office and Kevin, our foreman. After 3 days I was told they would return late Friday afternoon. (1 week after initial job). No showed and no phone call to reschedule. Monday, 5/4 left another message for Kevin. Followed up with another call but this time to Bill who provided the estimate and assured us they are the right company to correct the issue. Kevin, obviously prompted by Bill, called to schedule return visit 5/7. Kevin advised he had no idea why the problem persists and was going to speak to management, call me back. Surprise. After messages to Kevin, Bill and their office nobody is calling back. Do NOT consider this company at all. They havent finished the job nor corrected the issue. What they have done best is take our money and ghost us. I also can't help but wonder if they feel that they can take advantage of the homeowner, my 87yo father. Rest assured I will persue this.

My crawlspace had not been cleaned up in 30 years. besides…read morehanging insulation some of the ductwork had become disconnected from the hanging straps and were lying on the ground. THey took pictures of it. 6 months later, I discovered that the ductwork was not connected to the vents! upon calling them, Cantey had ductwork attached to the vents but did not rehang the ductwork. They said they had not quoted doing that and it was usually done by a seperate contractor. My point was that it was blatnetly obvious it needed to be done and why did they not tell me they werent going to fix it or that they would have to refer another contractor? After several back and forth emails/calls, they have gone radio silent on the issue.
