The new gutters were not installed securely and not properly sloped to allow rain water to flow towards the downspouts. The gutter guards were made of cheap metal screen wire and the sections did not meet or overlap leaving gaps where leaves and debris got into the gutter. The gutter 'screens' started rusting within 3 months. I called the company numerous times to express my concerns about the quality of material and the work performed but never got a response. I ended up having to make the 'new' gutters work as they should and install different gutter guards myself. I highly doubt not recommend Lowcountry Roofing and Exteriors for this type of work.

Two times over the course of the last several years, Chance came out quickly to address a previous storm problem and a leak which the plumber swore was a roof issue but turned out to be his plumbing error. That time Chance couldn't help with the plumbing leak but saw two collars around the stacks on the roof were aging and so replaced those before they could become problems. Our neighbor even came out and complimented how beautiful this new roof is and how he noticed the excellent job the crew did! A roof that draws compliments! A bonus!

The exact verbiage from the contract is, "The Contractor is not liable for damage to hidden water, electrical, gas, and/or HVAC lines." However, in the photo sent of the damage, the HVAC line is clearly visible. When we pointed out that the line was clearly visible, they claimed they were still not responsible and would cover just $250 of the $2133, but only if we removed the 1-star Google review we had just left. After several attempts to get in touch with the contact on the contract and the business owner, we got no response.
