Unable to complete the job, was to call us that Monday with a return appointment time. Heard nothing. Left message for their office and Kevin, our foreman. After 3 days I was told they would return late Friday afternoon. (1 week after initial job). No showed and no phone call to reschedule. Monday, 5/4 left another message for Kevin. Followed up with another call but this time to Bill who provided the estimate and assured us they are the right company to correct the issue. Kevin, obviously prompted by Bill, called to schedule return visit 5/7. Kevin advised he had no idea why the problem persists and was going to speak to management, call me back. Surprise. After messages to Kevin, Bill and their office nobody is calling back. Do NOT consider this company at all. They havent finished the job nor corrected the issue. What they have done best is take our money and ghost us. I also can't help but wonder if they feel that they can take advantage of the homeowner, my 87yo father. Rest assured I will persue this.

Work was expected to start in December 2023 or January 2024. We have not received any contact from Steve or his company since June 29th when we received a copy of the contract. Their phone is no longer accepting calls, they are not returning e-mails or FB Messenger messages, and it appears that their business office has been closed. I am hoping that they will contact me to resolve this issue and I do not have to report them to the State Licensing board and file a claim in Small Claims court.

Though my schedule was tight, flexibility to schedule around when I could be home, and not need my driveway, was also a simple process.
