Their prices were very fair for the work, and they completed it all beautifully. I was so grateful that they revived our sprinkler system versus suggesting a new one. We will definitely use them again for future projects including outdoor lighting and yard upkeep.

We had an urgent need for landscaping to be able to close on our new construction home. They met me at the site the same day and listened to our needs. they came up with a plan that would satisfy the need, the timeline, and yet very budget friendly. They are very nice, easy to communicate with and work with, and customer focused. We also unexpectedly needed driveway work done at the same time and they were able to accommodate extra scope as well! We are very happy with our results and look forward to more projects with CHS Landscaping!

We just finished our 4th project today, an outdoor patio covering. We've done a concrete firepit, pool decking and sunroom. These projects were not inexpensive, but I felt that the value is there for the craftsmanship, warranty and overall experience. I appreciate that they answer their phones when you call and they get back to you quickly. The craftsmanship is excellent. Jose and his team really did impressive work. I appreciate the fact that Chip who oversaw several aspects of our projects helped to advise us whenever we had questions. In all 4 projects, I never had a concern about who was coming to work at our home. The crews left the work sites clean and orderly and always took great care to make sure our yard was cleaned off. (I can tell you there aren't many companies who actually do that!) The project wasn't always perfect, but no construction ever is. Here is where Express Sunrooms set themselves apart. When my husband and I weren't happy with part of the project, Express made it right. They truly stand behind their work and resolved our concern. I would recommend Express Sunrooms to anyone in the Lowcountry.

However, surprise, surprise after fill installation we were told that's not even an option for unspecified reason. And of course my contract did not specify the length so we were stuck. Then the installation crew damaged the framing to my porch. Instead of fixing it properly they just offered us money to do it ourselves which was not suitable and did a bad patch job when they finally returned. Now to the present, 3 of my shades are broken and I have been calling the office for over 1.5 month and the "service" person has never responded or called. If I could get a full refund and replacement value I would be happy. I do not recommend anyone me use this company

We entered into a contract with Steve from Set In Stone on the 27th of June to add an extension to our existing patio (installed by them in 2022). Like others we put 50% down ($4100) as a deposit. Work was expected to start in December 2023 or January 2024. We have not received any contact from Steve or his company since June 29th when we received a copy of the contract. Their phone is no longer accepting calls, they are not returning e-mails or FB Messenger messages, and it appears that their business office has been closed. I am hoping that they will contact me to resolve this issue and I do not have to report them to the State Licensing board and file a claim in Small Claims court.

We found out there was a lot of mold growing and it was impacting our air quality and worried us about our young child's health growing up around mold like that. We liked that the company is locally owned and operated, the owner came out quickly and worked around our schedule (great communication the entire time), and provided us cost estimate options so we could pick the level of service we wanted. The work was completed on time as promised and we instantly saw a huge benefit of better air quality, decreased AC bill, and they went above and beyond to help fix a few squeaky floor boards by helping reattach some floor supports that came loose over time. They came right away and worked with our schedule so the work could be done meeting our travel and without disruption to our daily lives. I think the greatest part of this experience was how personal the service was. Reese, the owner, even personally came back a few months after the work was complete to check and make sure everything was still in place, nothing was missed, and even helped us identify a leak we previously had no idea about. They did a fantastic job and a firm we really liked working with. I wish everyone who provided home services were as honest, hard working, personable, and professional as Crawlspace Cowboys. This is not a paid post and I am a real customer. I thought it was important to share our experience after talking to many neighbors who went with other companies. We quickly realized what Crawlspace Cowboys offered was unique given the level of service, price point, and overall quality of work. Plus, you get to work with the owner of a small business who is committed to customer satisfaction (even coming back out to double check his team's work product)! 10 out of 5 stars!! PS - no more mold and we are saving over 25% on of our AC bill (compared to the same months a year before). This project will likely pay for itself rather quickly, which we did not even realize when we started.
