First time visiting this venue. Went to the Josh Groban Concert which was SPECTACULAR!!! The…read moreHouston Symphony perform live as well. I purchased a single ticket from ticket master for $200. ROW 102 Seat 11. Just a few feet from the stage. Thankfully the rain held up. For this time of year I must say the humidity wasn't that bad. I prepaid for parking online. Which seemed unnecessary when i arrived - just my luck I found street parking out front. But I still proceeded into the parking deck to ensure I walked with a crowd when I left. Great venue overall, clean, the staff is friendly. The bag policy is simple...A clear bag (clutch, satchel, tote) whatever. Just make sure it's clear. The food and beverages here are a little pricey but the portions seem generous. Drinks are pretty good - they have coconut water at the bar in the lounge area.

Let me start by saying I have absolutely no problem following rules. What I DO have a problem with…read moreis watching those same rules be enforced differently depending on who's standing in line. Our first visit here was smooth and enjoyable. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for our last two experiences. During our second visit, I brought the exact same bag that had been allowed inside during our first trip. This time, it was measured using the same venue's bag-sizing card from the first trip, and I was turned away. I guess the bag grew.smh. Fine I wasn't interested in going back and forth about it. But here's where things started bothering me. As I was walking away, I noticed lighter-skinned women carrying large boho-style bags being allowed through without the same issue. Naturally, that left me questioning why my bag was unacceptable while theirs appeared to be perfectly fine. I told myself I wouldn't return after that experience. However, the kids wanted to enjoy the fall entertainment, so I decided to give the venue another chance. Unfortunately, here we go again. This time, we brought our own trick-or-treat candy collector, just as several other families had done. Yet, out of the people around us carrying similar items, we were the ones told ours wasn't allowed. I didn't even bring my purse at all this time. And once again, I was left wondering why the rules seemed to apply differently to us. Now, I understand that venues have security policies, and I'm not asking for special treatment or exceptions. I'm asking for CONSISTENCY. When I repeatedly experience being turned away for items that I observe other attendees being allowed to carry inside, particularly when those attendees appear lighter-skinned than me, it raises serious concerns about whether everyone is being treated equally. I can't speak to anyone's intentions, but I can absolutely speak to what I experienced and witnessed. It's disappointing because our first visit showed us how enjoyable this venue could be. I genuinely wanted my children to have another great experience here, But I'm not going to continue spending my time and money somewhere that leaves me questioning whether my family is being treated fairly. After three visits, two of which ended in disappointment, we've decided this will be our last. Enforce the rules. Enforce ALL the rules. And enforce them EQUALLY.

My favorite luxury movie theatre in The Woodlands! This…read moreplace is honestly amazing. Not sure why others have bad experiences here or whatever but I have never had one especially since I have been going more regularly by myself or with others. The food is good and always arrives hot & fresh. The cocktails are decent but I appreciate the wide variety and the fact that they have a full bar. Maybe the bartender just needs a little more practice on certain things like presentation. I'm never disappointed with the mango margarita or the espresso martini here so it's still a win. The servers are okay. They're sometimes fast, sometimes slow, just depends on who you get. Most of the time they forget to give me my water but that's okay, I always have one in my bag lol. The recliners are super comfortable but every now and then you'll get one with a bad head rest that's scratched up a bit but it won't bother you throughout the movie. The restrooms are always clean and the theatre itself is always clean. I highly recommend coming to Cinepolis on your movie outing!

Empty on a weekday early evening. Ninja scroll was playing so I had to catch it of course. Only…read moresaw one person working. You can push a button to order food or use the QR code. Just got 1 popcorn and a shake. Over $30 after tax and tip. More expensive for two tickets to see the movie. Not sure I'd do that again but it was comfortable. Chairs recline with one button. Not sure what the other button is for as it wasn't working or did nothing. The kids prices for tickets are just a buck off. So no real discount there. On top of that they have the standard fee ($2 and change) for booking online and the honor of doing it yourself, which I just find offensive. Movie comes on about 20 minutes after listed showtime because of the previews. Theatre stays lit for that I guess because people are ordering. Menus on every table. Popcorn served in a bowl. Shake served in a tin. The popcorn truffle was good but nothing special. Probably better off with the regular popcorn because it has free refills. No charge for water.
