Peacefully and relaxing

Excellent place if you are in the Libby area. Great home base if you are going fish the local rivers. Immaculate grounds! Wonderful CLEAN bathrooms HOT showers. We saw deer with their fawns, ducks with ducklings, a wild turkey and a hawk in camp during our visit. The Camp Host's were out of this world accommodating. The nicest people ever. They even lent us a pancake turner as we forgot ours at home. We truly lived our visit. I recommend a creek side spot if available. You won't regret the extra expense. The other spots are roomy and really nice as well. We stayed in site #3

Really nice RV park. The staff was helpful and our spot was awesome with a small creek running behind it. They have nice shower and washer and dryers as well if you need to get caught up on laundry. We were on the move so we only stayed one night. I wished we could say for few nights and explore the area more. We will be back.

I am apart of a work crew that works away from home a lot. We were working in libby and found woodland rv park had some cabins for rent. We took a chance and were amazed how great this park and cabins were. Since we were renting cabins we decided to cook our own food a couple of nights, the BBQ they had wasn't up to par, but they let us make our own grill in their fire pit. It was so awesome. Very friendly and awesome place to stay. Also the cabins are super nice so might want to make some reservations if your planning on staying there.

These flowers along the creek smell heavenly.

Beautiful RV park if you need a peaceful place to rest for the night. Large grassy sites. I highly recommend the back in sites along the creek. They are $5 more but worth the ambiance. There are some lovely smelling white flowers along the creek that will make your campsite smell wonderful. The creek is lined with trees, sooo pretty. Pull throughs ($35) are gravel with grass and plenty big. Picnic table. Nice clean laundry with 5-6 machines. We took a walk along a neighborhood road and saw 10-12 deer in the open grassy fields. Delightful

Big sites and very quiet. Great stop on the way to Glacier.

We found this park when we were passing by. We turned around and spent three days here! Chris and Marcy have put their heart and soul into this place! They have the above and beyond hospitality as well as a plethora of information about the area and the fun adventures nearby. They have a gathering area with very comfortable seating and fire pit in the center. Great play area for children and a dog walk for your fur babies. The bathrooms and showers are cleaned daily and very accommodating to all. As you can see we have had our fill of other types of RV Parks that tend to be more concerned about the sale than the truth. This place is priceless! We rented a pull through spot with full hookups. There are adorable cabins to rent on this 12 acre pine covered area with a short stroll down to the river. Trails galore to ride and the quaint little town of Troy nearby.

When we arrived, not only was Steve there to show us to our spot, but several others currently staying. For our rig size, it was a close call and tight fit getting in, but once in our spot it was perfect. They got us in site 11 no problem. Is it an impersonal overly polished concrete and blacktop parking lot style RV Park with perfect level geometry/symmetry everywhere you look? No, but it was one of the best and most relaxing locations we've been so far. It's in the middle of a game preserve, so there are numerous deer routinely wandering around the area. Ahhh nature! As far as quiet goes, evenings were like a cemetery (in a good way). Just lots of peace and quiet to enjoy your surroundings. And the sunsets on the dock & beach! They are about as idyllic as you can get for lakefront property. We spent time swimming, kayaking, and just siting our on the dock enjoying the sunshine. I can speak for the internet/WiFi as we had great T-Mobile reception and so were only on our own hotspots the entire time. 60Mbit down / 8.9Mbit up. Perfectly suited to my purposes.

This was a dive; an all around dive. Under most circumstances, I like dives if the reason I'm…read morethere makes it worth it. On a recommendation from a local, who raved about the burgers here, I stopped in on a way back from a day hike. First, there's nice, covered outdoor seating -- a promising start. To get there, though, you have to trash the suspension of your vehicle via the dirt driveway that had potholes big enough to swallow any of the local moose population. This is a four-wheel, off-road ride kind of entrance. Despite that, the ramshackle building still looked like fun in the way a dive can be fun. As I walked in, I was assaulted by the smell of stale cigarettes. Uh-Oh. There's no smoking inside any more, but years of being a smoking establishment leaves that smell permeating everything. I suppose once the party starts, and the place is busy, and I've had enough to drink, I wouldn't notice. The menu is limited, and on Tuesday's it's an all you can eat taco buffet and you can have anything you want as long as it's a taco; but I wasn't there on a Tuesday and wanted the burger the local recommended. The burger was okay, cooked the way I asked, but not worth the wait -- at least 30 minutes -- even when there were no more than six customers in the entire place and only two of us who were there to eat, not drink. The bartender probably figured out our tip wouldn't include bottomless alcohol and didn't spend much time with customer service -- evidenced by bringing out the orders of some to-go customers who came in after us and ordered after us. Aside from the bartender, the other patrons were funny, recognizing me as an outsider and dishing out the requisite insults. I don't know, maybe I need to go back sometime when I can sit outside or drink myself stupid -- enough so I can overlook the other stuff anyway.

Libby Montana is a small town just as we are. Foxy's Bar and Rv park has done everything to hush me up along with Anthony Ray.
