At a cost to us of $1900.00 You talk a good show but do not do what you say you are going to do. When you and I talked you told me that they were going to overlap the aeration and put down starter fertilizer a double application of fast acting lime and I do not remember the amount of grass seed. You talked very nice but I know you did not overlap the aeration. And now I am not sure about the lime, the fertilization or the amount of grass seed. On the day of the aeration 9/3/24 your brother and his crew started the aeration process and they did not overlap like you said they were to do. I told your brother about the overlapping and he said they were going to go back over it. They did not go back over it. I called you on the phone to tell you they were not overlapping. You told me that they were going to go back over It., THEY DID NOT GO OVER IT. Your equipment used to spread the seed just dropped it in a line (in some place where you can see new grass) and did not broadcast the seed. We have many spots that there is no new grass at all (see photos attached). What a disappointment to spend $1900.00 and get very little to NO results I was told to water in the seed twice a day which we did for 4 weeks and there was a slight difference in the lawn, I think because of the watering twice a day of the old lawn picked up. Yes, we have to say there are a few places where there is new grass growing but not all over, not for the amount of seed you were supposed to put down. Today 4-12-2025 our lawn looks as bad as it did prior to you reseeding. I have called you the very beginning of the year to set up a fertilization program you never got back to me. One time I did talk to you, but you were in a store and said you would call me back, still waiting. I have called you many times about the terrible job you did but your mail box is full and there is no way to contact you I have a new fertilization company and when he looked over the yard and I told him it was aeriated and reseeded last fall he made a funny face and shrugged his shoulders did not say anything.

It's July 4th still didn't and actually the end of June got into an argument with owner Gary and he said why would I even replace it when you theatrned to YELP me. I did in fact threaten to YELP him a couple of times over the past month, giving him warning to take action so I wouldn't YELP him, or if I did I wouldn't hear, I never got a warning. Last year these guys came in great, did landscape planting with one mistake and did out lawn feritzlation program. Everything looked great. In fact I got a tree for Mother's day and they were to plant it. It came infested with bugs so we had to return it. I called them about when they were coming to replace the hydrandra plant from last year that was the wrong plant in our garden that we paid for them to buy and plant for us. "coming this week,- no show, coming next week - no show, coming- no show. Completly unreliable. They have our money for a planting that is wrong he yelled at me saying bc "You evers think the reason why I'm not coming to help you is your threatening to YELP ME" NICE, Yelp, is the consumers protection when they feel they got screwred, now were getting punished by contractors because we are using it to inform other potentioL CUSTOMERS. This guy and company is a ghost, except for the occoassical ad in the paper you can find a website current for these guys. So my husband texts Gary and says look, my lawn looked great last year, just come do there fertizlztion, you won't have to deal with my wife, (me ), Guesse what they did. BLEW HIM OFF. Watered religiously with sprinklers on timers watering twice a day. "Lawn" would be mowed and workers would move the sprinklers and not replace. The only communication the company will have with the customer is regarding payment. Invoices are not sent until a month past services so you can't review what is being done on a month by month basis. The lawn is now all ant hills and weeds. The owner blamed it on us that it was not watered enough. Yet I paid for fertilizing if weeds and dead grass. No communication from work done on the lawn back to the owner because anyone could have seen this was not handled properly.
