The minute we walked in, we said hello, but we got no response back. I didn't walk out because my son was pretty excited to take me shopping there. But I didn't know that he noticed as well. We looked around for a little bit. They do have really nice stuff that I wanted to purchase, but I decided not to give that establishment my money. When we walked out, my son was in front of me. He had a bag with other stuff that he purchased at other stores, and the lady was just looking at him up and down, like if my son took something. I turned around, looked at her, and said 'you have a good day.' Once again, she didn't respond. She made us feel super uncomfortable.

I called them after work and, I was told they don't deliver on Tuesday's, that they deliver on Saturday's and my item would be delivered this coming Saturday. At 1pm Saturday I called and was told, they would look into it and get back to me. Crickets AGAIN! I called at 1pm on Sunday and the owner told me he was sorry and it would be delivered Tuesday. I like supporting small businesses, but this makes me want to go back to big box retailers.

When we first purchased an item, she was very nice and even offered to let us come back another time to pick it up since her hours didn't quite work for us. That was very kind and we appreciated the flexibility. Unfortunately, when it came time to actually pick up the item, her attitude completely changed. She became extremely rude and essentially berated me, my dad, and my husband. To this day, I'm not entirely sure why she was so upset with us since we had both agreed on a pickup time. However, the messages she sent afterward made it clear that she had little respect or basic courtesy toward us. I've worked in customer service before, so I understand that customers can sometimes be frustrating. If she was upset about something we did, I can understand feeling frustrated. However, speaking to customers the way she did is something I would never do. The store may have some interesting items, but I would much rather spend my money supporting businesses that treat their customers with respect.

I got super excited and drove out that weekend to check it out. She was surprised to see me so soon, But I told her I couldn't wait. She had gotten me the exact style I was looking for!
