My one complaint is that the events are so popular that you have to watch the website and sign up immediately when something comes up that you are interested in. There is a food box outside the library. Inside, snacks are always available for the young ones. I use the website to request books that aren't available in house and the process is smooth. The checkout and book return is up-to-date and easy to use. The library staff is helpful and friendly. I love the large magazine section. A lot of libraries I have been to in the past have stopped having magazines available. I'm old school and love to hold and read a magazine. There is ample comfortable seating.

A library representative showed us around a bit and talked about their beautiful prism art piece hanging overhead. Today, we were back, helping work on a community art piece to be used in a memorial for the 2019 shooting victims in the Oregon District. This is exactly what a library should be. The DML Miamisburg Branch is a quiet little library somewhat off the beaten path. Group spaces include two quads with space for up to 4 people, two group rooms for up to 8 people, one conference room for up to 10 people and a community room for up to 45 people. They also have a quiet reading room with two 4-person tables and several reading chairs. My first time visiting I had trouble finding where to park, as there is not a lot attached to the building. The Miamisburg Board of Education building is directly north of the library and has some parking on its' south end, but I wasn't sure if library patrons were allowed to park there. I drove around the block and ended up parking in a street spot on 6th St. Once inside, I learned the lot used for the library is actually across 6th St, just northeast of the library. Although, signs for this would have been helpful. Overall though, another great DML branch!

The service was really nice. There are a lot of older books and not as many newer books. I did think that the sections were well organized and alphabetized so it made it easier to search through.
