I won't be commenting on the standalone business itself as I didn't really browse their offerings (maybe next time). Instead I will comment on the Post Office itself. This location has all the usual necessities: stamps, boxes, money orders, forms, guides and passport apps. So really no complaints, it's a functional post office with shipping services and yup they take debit and credit. Despite me saying I didn't browse the store, I did note that they did have some greeting cards which is a smart idea. Both times I've been there it didn't take long to get service despite the store employee managing both the store and post office registers. He was friendly and professional both times. So if you're in this neck of the woods it's good to know that there is a secret post office hidden in the Southland Crossing Shopping Centre, may save you from making a trip to a further post office (this is the plaza with the Safeway FYI). My biggest knock against this location is that the signage is awful! Honestly the only reason I know about it is because I had a parcel sent here when I wasn't at home to pick it up. Pickup was scheduled for Friday, one week after drop off. My items couldn't be located on my first pickup attempt. Upon request, I left my number though didn't receive a call. On second attempt, just before closing, my items appeared. Overall, quite a poor experience. Would I return? Definitely not. Would I recommend? Definitely not.

Awful experience! While I appreciate them taking on a rush order, Anna did NOT listen to what I was…read moreasking them to do (in hindsight, I should have had her write down what she understood I needed), I felt extremely rushed and she assured me that she understood what I needed. I even had pinned where I needed Velcro placed and also explained. I showed where to stop the zippers (she confirmed TWICE with me where to stop the zippers!) . I told her the insides of the dresses were not finished and that I would be finishing them once the zippers were in. I went to get them and the zippers were atrocious.. fabric puckered and teeth visible, not done as we had discussed and ended way too short! The zippers were cut so I can't even resew them in. She gaslit me by trying to tell me that I had pinned the Velcro where she had put them (I didn't and I showed her when I left them there). Said she couldn't do anything else with the zipper because the edges weren't straight- doesn't explain the horrible insertion of the zippers! I now how to rip it ALL out, buy new zippers and redo everything.. the velvet is damaged where the Velcro was wrongly placed.. she just said I should be "more concerned about the inside of the dresses than the bad zippers!" I'm just sick about this and will be up all night to get it done. They offered to take it all out, but I need these done by tomorrow so it's not an option and wouldn't fix the damaged velvet anyway. They still charged me $400 and every stitch has to come out and be redone. Awful!! And to be told that I said something that I absolutely did NOT say was disgusting.
