We made it to the service department about 5:45 PM. The guys checked on my bike. Did a couple diagnostic tests and realized my regulator had gone bad. By the time I walked around the showroom and looked at some soft good stuff. They had a new regulator, and a new battery in my bike. I was back on the road right at closing time. Those guys were super nice, super friendly and very helpful. Had them replace belt on my 16 harleys. When I got it back the pin holding my floorboard for the…read morepassenger was missing. Called them to see what we could do to fix it, told me they didn't remove that part and it wasn't their problem. The pin is not a big deal but they didn't even offer to help me get a replacement. Not good customer service in my opinion.

Had a motorcycle tire I had replaced the tube on. When it came time to put the tire on the wheel, I…read morewas just not strong enough now that I'm old. I had the tire on except for the last few inches. I took it to the service counter and told them my problem, that I just wasn't strong enough to finish getting the tire on and just needed the last and hardest part. I came to pick up the tire, and they charged me for a mount and balance 55.00. I pointed out that I had not asked for any of those things. They said we would take off the balance, 40.00 dollars. Again, I said I did not request any of the services they provided. Just get the eye roll from the service manager. So this is my experience with the new loanstar sport sharps. They will do whatever they like and you will enjoy it.
