When we arrived (just a few minutes later), we were informed that due to Walmart policy they could not repair the tire but would install the spare instead. We decided to leave the vehicle, expecting the work to be done promptly since there were no other customers at the time. Unfortunately, when we returned 2 1/2 hours later, the vehicle had not even been touched. This was very disappointing and a waste of our time, especially after being told they could take care of it right away. We understand that policies and procedures may limit what can be done, but the lack of communication and follow-through was extremely frustrating. Clear, accurate information and timely service would have made a big difference.

Canyon View's estimate (based on used parts) came in at less than half that of the other two shops. The owner, Kenneth Jones, did a superb job, and trusted me to get the payment to him from out of state after my son had already retrieved the car from his shop.
