If you want to shop at a place with absolutely no customer service this place is for you. i drove…read morefrom madison up there, got there at 5.57 pm the guy was locking the door, i called inside and told the girl id called earlier and had come all the way up there to purchase a heater, ask her if i could come in and get it, she said hold on i'll ask, in the meantime i'm looking through the window and 5 or 6 people standing in middle of the isle looking at there watch and talking, i stayed on hold another 3 or 4 minutes and they hung the ph up on me and turned the lights out. no hard feelings but they dont ever have to worry about me calling or shopping there again. i'll take my business to someone who at least act like they appreciate it.

In addition, they do the sweetest things for our local community, including an annual CHRISTMAS arts and crafts for children, a local dinner to say Thank You for shopping with them over the years (it was open to the public), the lovely koi pond out front that we visit regularly, and so many more ways they support our hometown.
