Ford was more than happy to help and kept trying to get it to work even after hours with no luck. The other mechanic offered to have ford pay to fix the part with a ford certified piece and ford got me in the next morning. I waited about an hour and walked around the lock. The vehicles are nice and well priced. We purchased our ford from another dealership but these seemed to be nicer and better priced. The mechanics explained what they did and gave me the previous part back but not before testing it again to find it that it's just a defective part ( at no fault of either mechanics) Great quick service.
