It took several phone calls and several visits to the Pella store to even get to speak to someone that could do it. I waited another month for the appointment. I received 3 texts telling me my appointment was today between 4-6. Guess what Nobody showed up. My next phone call is the Better Business Bureau to register a formal complaint. Do not buy anything from these people. You will be wasting your money. They do not stand behind what they sell.

I like that, as I can see cost to just fix the problem, or fix it 'better' such as replacing something etc. (sometimes duct tape works, but that doesn't mean it will last). They aren't the cheapest place around, but quality is worth it. They tell me who is coming for service with a picture, so never any doubts. The guys (or gals) are always friendly and polite, but professional, in person and when I call. Seth & Clayton are the best and have helped us a lot over the years & recently, Dalton too!

Three minutes. No wait, that's not dramatic enough…read more.. THREE MINUTES! In three tiny minutes I was able to get in, get two copies of a key made, and get out. THREE MINUTES! It took me 30 minutes yesterday to get the same thing from Grandpa Mumbles over at Home Depot, and those keys ended up not even working. I don't know what else I can say. I mean, it was a 3 minute interaction, after-all. But they did what they promised, correctly and quickly. I hate that other terrible places (I"M TALKING ABOUT YOU, HOME DEPOT) have set the bar so low, but they have and Kenton Brothers more than cleared it.
