Instead of talking to me about the fire hazards we were forced to live with for years, they blackmailed me by saying, "corporate saw the review and they said my-uh, they gotta go." That's illegal but didn't stop the juniper investment group. They refuse to pay for security despite weekly break ins and constant speeding in the parking lot endangering people's lives. Junipers priorities are profits at the cost of your safety.

I am shocked no one has sued them yet. I am only here to help my kids get through college and then I am moving, but I have never experienced a company like this. They hire very unscrupulous managers, and useless maintenance. It takes on average 8 months just to get one work order done. I was left without power to my unit (no stove, no A/C ) for about 4 months, this is of course illegal but I have put up with it so I did not have to spend money to move, because any money I spend right now takes away from my children in college right now. I just want to finish my lease and get out of here, now that my kids are almost graduated. I feel sorry for the people who have little to no money and they have no choice but to live in any property run by these slum lords (Juniper Investment Group). Shame on them for all that they do to their low income tenants in class C properties.

Every dish was delicious and the carajillos were chef's kiss. We had a group of 5, we each had 2 alcoholic beverages, oysters, charcuterie, two orders of steak and eggs, one short rib Benedict, one lemon cello pancake (and a free bday dessert!) Total between all of us was around $335 Definitely a little of a splurge restaurant but fully worth it! There was also live music the whole time and it was such a vibe. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the woodlands area looking for a fun place to eat with friends!

My food was all delicious for the most part, it was mainly the service which had a few miscues. This was kind of surprising since it was a Sunday evening and the restaurant was not all that busy with just a few other customers in our entire section the entire time. We ordered the lobster bisque and mussels as apps, shrimp rigatoni and cioppino as entrees and a tiramisu for our dessert. 1) I had to ask to have my drink refilled. 2) I ordered a soup as an appetizer, the bus boy takes the app plates away just prior to the kitchen staff delivering the main entree, which was also a soup, so basically I had to ask for another spoon. 3) Dessert took nearly 25 minutes to come out once it was ordered. Although the food was really good, these blunders sort of put a damper on my visit. On follow-up visits, I will be ordering other menu items to see if they can redeem themselves. The ambiance was nice, but it would have been a lot nicer if they would have seated us near the windows at the front of the restaurant, so we have had a view. Instead, we get the back area which was darker. I historically get seated at the worst areas/tables so this was no big surprise.
