I met a lady when I went to will's shop, who was also looking for him because she said she paid in full to get her laptop repaired, that was only supposed to take a couple of days, and it had been three months! she could not get in touch with them so she went to sheriff dept. because she thought she had gotten scammed. The receptionist took the phone in the back to have Will take a look. She returned and said the phone had water damage and Will would try to fix it. I paid $50 for him to start work on the phone. I asked how long it would take. I was told a couple of weeks. I explained that this was a gift for my niece for Christmas. The receptionist assured me he would be done in plenty of time for Christmas. I called a few times, but no one answered. On 12/5 @ 1:15 pm, the receptionist answered. I asked for a status on the repair. She put me on hold and upon returning, she said Will had the phone on his desk so she knew he was working on it. She said she'd call me back with an update. I've yet to receive that call. I've called several times since and no answer. On Thursday 12/13, I went to the office. No one was there and there is a sign on the door that says they'll open tomorrow morning at 10 am. Upon my return on Friday 12/14, the sign is still there and the office is closed. I called and attempted to leave a message this time. I can't...I assume the mailbox is full. I went on willscomputerrepair.com to fill out a contact us form. I completed the form and hit submit only to receive an error message. I emailed the business at the address listed on the website. The email was returned as undeliverable. Today, Monday 12/17, I visited the office again. The sign remains and the business is still closed. Again, I google the business to see if there is an update. I find a contact us now option that prompts for a text to 833-448-8311. I've texted that number. No response. I am asking for my device to be returned immediately as well as the $50 I paid for the repair. Updated with picture. Today is Tuesday, December 18. Sign has been here since at least Thursday last week. Update: office was open when I passed by today, Wednesday, December 19. I stopped and was able to retrieve my phone. So now I'm only out the $50...and, of course, all the time I've spent trying to have my personal property returned. I was offered no explanation for where they've been. I didn't ask. I shouldn't have to. Lesson learned...I'll never bring business here again and I'll share my experience with others.

I have been with Verizon for at least 20 years. I have my account drafted each month, but sometimes…read moreyou need to change the draft date or in there language make a payment arrangement. I have done this maybe 3 times total with no problems until this month (June, 2025). I went to chat and asked to change my date to a later date. It was done, but I was not able to "pause" the draft, so I called customer service and the man I spoke with said when you make an arrangement, it automatically pauses the draft date. So I'm thinking no problem. Well when I checked my bank, I noticed that they drafted my account anyway. So I called customer service again on a Saturday and the lady I spoke with was really nice, she said they should refund me the money and let me pay on the date I set up. She said I should receive my refund back in my bank account on the following Tuesday. I checked Tuesday and no refund. So I called again and another nice lady said it takes about 4 to 6 hours for that to go back into my account that it was "pending." So later in the afternoon, 6 hours later, I called the bank and the money was not in my account. I called Verizon back expained everything that had happened and then someone in billing said that the refund was denied because it would put me in a past due status and that if I waited to pay when I asked, they would disconnect my service and I would have to pay fees to get reconnected. This meant I was royally screwed for that week. Then they said I needed to take my account off of auto pay. I told them not to touch the auto pay. This in the 4th time in 20 years I needed to change a date and never had a problem in the past. I admit Verizon is the best as far as providing phone, networking service. But for customer service and doing what they say they will do, don't believe a word they say. They all are a bunch of lies, just say anything to make a paycheck and get you off the phone. Then as if the situation was not bad enough, Rhonda, with the billing department had the nerve to say "can't you borrow from someone." The Verizon rep, Josh, and his GM, Jennifer, were beyond welcoming and helpful! I walked in with certain expectations and assumptions and walked out with a smile on my face and 'new friends.' Their customer service was great, their personalities were fantastic, and they were able to help me understand what I needed with the service and phone(s) I wanted. I've had very bad experiences with this particular store in the past, and I've also had terrible phone calls with Verizon as well, but Josh and Jennifer were super understanding and nice regarding all my problems, wants, and needs.
