What started as a project to redo our existing flagstone turned into quite a bit more as we went along, and Pete was wonderful about accommodating everything we decided to add. His pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the amount of work that was done, and we always felt like we were getting great value. Pete truly gave us five-star treatment throughout the entire process. He spent time during the week sourcing plants and materials for the project, then showed up on the weekends with a full crew ready to get everything done. He even took us along to pick out plants so we could choose exactly what we wanted and make sure everything came together the way we envisioned it. That level of personal attention really stood out to us. We were also incredibly impressed by how quickly and efficiently his crew worked. Looking at the scope of the project, we honestly thought it would take weeks- and somehow they knocked it out in just a few days! They worked incredibly hard, and the results speak for themselves. Our backyard went from an unfinished, uneven space to somewhere we genuinely want to spend time. The flagstone looks beautiful, the landscaping feels intentional and inviting, and at night with the lights on, the whole backyard has such a warm, cozy atmosphere. We absolutely love it! Pete was a pleasure to work with, attentive, reasonably priced, and incredibly accommodating- even as we kept adding things along the way. He and his crew delivered exactly what we were hoping for and then some. We would absolutely use Landmark Landscape Corp. again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pete and his team. Five stars all around!

Working with Joseph was seamless--he was extremely organized and communicative throughout the whole process. He's the whole reason we chose Regal instead of the other quotes we got and he really came through on everything we wanted while also giving us his valuable opinion. It was a decent-sized scope: we pulled out a row of old overgrown bougainvillea (stumps, roots and all), demolished a concrete slab by the garage, added a new flagstone pathway and patio, decomposed granite replaced an entire lawn, mulch and decorative pebble in the front yard, a long podocarpus privacy hedge, full drip irrigation conversion with smart timers, and landscape lighting in the front and back. They even installed our new fire pit for us. Joseph walked the property with us, gave real opinions about what would and wouldn't work instead of just saying yes to everything, and stayed reachable by text the whole way through. His invoice was also the most detailed quote we got, which gave us a lot of confidence that the details would be handled when we got through When we changed our minds on a couple of details mid-project, he handled it easily. The crew was punctual, careful around the existing trees and hardscape, and swept up at the end of every day. Fair price, clean work, and genuinely good people to deal with. We'd hire Joseph and Regal again without hesitation. They also finished well ahead of schedule which let us enjoy the yard for enough time before some upcoming travel plans.

After the job was completed in three separate areas of our front and backyard, we came home to a flood in the backyard. His guy returned to tighten it and said if this happens again, they will replace it. Well, the second time I went to use it it's against spewing water out today. He came back to tighten it again and refused to replace the gasket or anything. I will just have to call somebody else for repair. The third area that he worked on he put a new valve and our timer is not working to it. It looks like the wires were cut. I had to hire somebody else to repair that area. Basically every single area that he worked on either wasn't done right in the first place or I had call another company out to repair their work. We paid Jesse in full with a tip (before I knew all of the work was defective) so I felt that I needed to let him know of the issues. Today when I called him on the phone to go over everything he was irate, cussing, and beyond furious and could not talk professionally.
