I sent my child here for less than a month.
My 1.5 year old child was continuously getting attacked and bitten at this facility, breaking skin and leaving scabs.
They said that there is nothing they can do. My son was terrified to go here and screamed bloody murder every time I dropped him off. The "director" who had only been there a couple months, complained of not getting enough days off, and being understaffed.
My concerns were not taken to heart, and my child was even bitten on the face while he was sleeping! At one point he had almost 10 visible bite marks on him, I could not send him back!!
I physically witnessed this child biting another kid while I was there, and the "teachers" did not respond at all, just sitting there while this kid was hurting the other students.
I since enrolled him in another daycare and he is THRIVING!
At wonderworks, they don't seem to do much with the kids. I believe the kids were very bored, and acting out. They are not being given good opportunities to learn and make good decisions. It is no wonder that Wonderworks has so many available openings for kids.
There are other daycares at just a slightly higher cost that your kid will do a thousand times better at! Please consider those!! read more
