Teachers here are really nice and creative(Before our leaving, her teacher asked us if we want to have our daughter's picture. They picked all her picture out and put in a USB key for us. You can image how much extra effort they did). Ratio are very good. And compare to CA. This school does not have those winter break, spring break or summer break(Certainly this is quite common in NH). Classroom and playground are quite spacious and clean. And they have a big gym for rainy day and other activities. Although they don't have lots field trip for toddler and preschool(they do go around campus, and visit fire station and police station from time to time), they do invite others to come to perform. They have story teller, dancer, pet show... And they offers lots fun based curriculum. I missed this school very much

They are genuinely so excited on school days and I love knowing they are getting to socialize with other kids, get messy, and play outside in the well-stocked playground -- all of which they don't get to do much at home with their nanny. My husband and I can't wait to move them to full-time students as room opens up, even though we have a 30 minute drive to Concord each way. My daughter actually gets upset when I pick her up because she doesn't want to leave! lol If you are looking for a preschool for your child, look no further! PLG is absolutely wonderful!! You should have known this before you signed up. I didn't know & their policy should be more transparent about closed days especially if the customers pays for the days. However , it's their business they can make up whatever policy they want. However, their heartless attitude , rudeness & bullying behavior is not okay. They take advantage of mother's stuck with no other availability around town. Kristy also has a two week policy when leaving and she told me my child could not finish the two weeks. She said we are done. Good Luck finding a center. Her policies are in place for her only. I asked on the town's FB page about peoples' experience with PLAY LAUGH & GROW. I got 8 negative messages & one positive one. They complained about the etiquette of owners & AD ; kids getting hurt without an accident report , several more complaints & said stay away from this center . The owner text me how dare you asked the community about my business . I said, " I am a customer. Customers go by word of mouth. " I told her I got several bad messages about her business in a few hours. She text me "If you make a bad review about PLAY LAUGH & GROW I will take you to court and my lawyer demands you to send all the messages I got on FB." Threatening me if I write a bad review is a violating of the Customer Review Fairness Act. A day later , I got a call from a Chester police officer saying Kristy called them seeing if they could advise me not to make a bad review. I am only expressing my honest experience with Kristy DeCesare and Rachel Whiteneck at PLAY , LAUGH & GROW hoping this will give future customers information & the first amendment gives me the right to do so. She had a few nice ladies working there . Unfortunately, one left. This business has too many red flags. I wouldn't recommend it at all. In my opinion, they are focusing solely on the $ and are ignoring the heart and soul of the business; the families . They shouldn't call themselves a preschool simply a daycare. If anyone doubts these communications happened please contact me . I have all of Kristy's text saved & the officer's message. I don't enjoy making a bad review. However, in this case I was morally treated badly & felt obliged to document this in hope this facility will start caring about the way the treat people.

My son spent a month and a half at their Hooksett location before transferring to their Manchester location (there wasn't an opening in Manchester yet) and both schools are incredible. There are 3 sisters that own and operate these locations - them and their staff clearly love what they do. It was apparent with how happy my son would be when I picked him up, and how happy he was to be dropped off (after the initial crocodile tears) I am so looking forward to continue being a part of the Colorful Apples family and I would recommend either location to anyone looking for excellent childcare. It feels so good not to worry about the well-being of my child while I'm at work. Thank you to the entire Colorful Apples staff. We love you!

Thankfully I made a wonderful choice for my daughter's daycare with Colorful Apples! Since day one, the teachers have put my mind at ease. They are on top of everything that goes on and give my child so much attention and love that I could not be happier. I think that places providing child care need to up-date their facilities to provide a healthy, clean environment with adequate ventilation and plenty of natural light and green space outdoors. I felt that the facility is lacking in all these respects despite possibly providing a fun experience and socialization for the kids.
