Fun little tree farm in Pea Ridge. They have all the holiday spirit with cookies, hot cocoa, and a gift shop galore. You choose and cut your own tree, then they shake and wrap it and place it on top of your car when you're ready to go. Great service and the prices are comparable to what you get at Home Depot or elsewhere. Plan to make a whole afternoon of it with the family!

    A lot of dead needles.

Let me start by saying I don't ever leave comments, I don't have the time, but I'm going to make…read moretime for this egregious situation I experienced at the Siloam springs Atwood's. On Feb, 19 2025 I purchased a space heater, and at checkout the young lady kept pushing the extended warranty and pushing, I refused it, like I always do, you see I believe that when you purchase an item with your hard earned money the quality of such item should be good enough that you shouldn't really need an extended warranty, these warrantys are a rip off in my opinion. I'm a plumber w a business and if I sell you a kitchen sink, guess what, I'll guarantee that sink as well as labor for a year, that's included, no questions it's automatic and I believe people expect that warranty and expect me to honor it. I do and always have. Common sense right??? Well the weather cools way down so I opened up my space heater, plugged it in and it was hardly moving any air, like there was a problem with the fan or something and it would get hot and trip my breaker, so I wrapped it up in the box and set it aside until I could return it. On the 27 of Feb I believe I gathered my receipt and headed to Atwood's. When it was my turn at the counter I explained to the lady what had happened and said I would like to return the item. She asked for a receipt, and I produced it, after staring at the receipt and checking over heater she says ,Did you purchase the extended warranty? I replied " no ma'am I didn't" she replied," well you have to have the extended warranty before we will return the item," I then saute, but it's only been 8 days and only used 1 time briefly, it's defective and explained what the item was doing. Shaking her head mouthing the word " no" over and over I asked , are you telling me that yr standard warranty that comes with every item sold in here does not cover any item sold in here and we have to purchase a. Extended warranty to be covered??????? She then got confused after trying to justify the policy she is babbling about but at the same time she is not sure how to respond because she is just repeating what someone has put in her head, but she knows I'm right in the common sense I just informed her of, then she points to the next register and say ," you'll have to talk to Bob, or bill, I forgot what his name is, but anyway I pushed my buggy in his direction thinking ok this guy will understand what I'm talking about,,,,,WRONG!!!! He's says you gotta have the extended warranty you will have to send it back to the manufacturer and blah blah blah, he said do u want to exchange it? I said no, he said you should have got the extended warranty your in your own you'll have to deal w the manufacturer, we don't do things like that, it's your responsibility. I then stated so your in store warranty doesn't cover anything for no amount of time and you'll exchange the heater right now but since I didn't purchase the extended warranty, you will not warranty you item I purchased and didn't work???? But if I had purchased the extended warranty, you will exchange the item and you will deal w sending , I remained calm and didntause a scene, but that's it in a nutshell. Srry so long I am pursuing this matter and will keep u posted. In my opinion

Get rid of the air fresheners. I would have shopped longer but I feared damage to my health…read more This place is intolerable if you have ASTHMA, LUNG ISSUES, AUTO IMMUNE DISEASE, PREGNANT, any other breathing issues. The level of scent in the air is incredibly toxic and suffocating. MY MOM HAD AN ASTHMA ATTACK AFTER 3 MINUTES IN THE STORE. Many people I know cannot tolerate air fresheners. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH, DO NOT SHOP HERE.

This is going to be a long one and it's the abbreviated version. I would like to point out that…read morethis is only my third negative review I've ever written. Not much has made me feel that dissatisfied and dismissed. But, this time. I mean, people have their limits. Let's start at the beginning... This was my first and only purchase from At Home. I purchased a $100 gift card weeks ago, on or around November 20th. The only notification I received was an automated email confirming the order. It never arrived and I was never charged - until one morning earlier this week. A charge for $100 was added then canceled a moment later (weeks after the order was placed) according to my card company I still have received no gift card I have also received zero communication from anyone at the company. In fact, they have made it as difficult as possible to communicate with a human customer service representative. Zero interest in assisting customers. Better for us to get busy and give up so they make more money. Total customer care failure I opened a complaint ticket and I received yet another automated email notifying me that my complaint wasn't in the right dept. So I had to file ANOTHER complaint and got ANOTHER auto email saying it had been received. The only human contact I have had is when I finally got someone (after 4 attempts) to pick up the phone. She told me a gift card had shipped on the 11th of December! That's the first I was hearing about it. She did not address any of these issues I've discussed above and brought to her attention. She did not give me a delivery date. She offered no assistance with my dissatisfied feedback. Is this the closure of my ticket? The feedback vacuum AND the overall buying AND customer service experience has been genuinely appalling. I've never experienced anything like it Honestly, I've never had a company treat me so unimportantly or insignificantly before. Especially since I've gone out of my way to show this company patience and extend a little good faith while waiting for some sort of attempt to retain me as a customer. So much for that As things sit currently, I just received a one sentence email from a "Customer Service Specialist" that simply said, "We sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience." No sign of a gift card yet, or even a charge, or shipment confirmation notification. We'll see how it goes at Christmas when it's time to give my sister her gift card since... I still have received no gift card Yes, seriously. This is all about a simple gift card Avoid this nightmare retail experience at all costs UPDATE: Was sent yet another automatic email response when I asked why I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM ANYONE. It's officially been over a month and I'm no closer to a resolution than I was when I ordered the damn thing. Ugh!
