Lots of different varieties so don't stay in one area. They taste different in other areas. Ps the bigger ones aren't always the sweetest in my opinion. Try a variety that you like that is what is so fun. Now the blackberries are beautiful too! So easy to pick and no thorns. The owners are the sweetest part! Love them - seems like family

I've always loved the opportunity to pick berries around town, well outside of Tulsa; and came…read moreacross this farm while searching for ripe blackberries to pick. There are several other farms outside of Tulsa but I don't recall other blueberry farms that have as many blackberry bushes that Huldy's does! Gwen is the owner and she is super nice! I was the first one there and only one there for about 30 mins on a recent Saturday morning (8 am) and she greeted me and gave me some info about the picking and the farm in general. You are given gallon buckets lined with a plastic bag so no need to bring a container for picking. If you pick blackberries, I do recommend bringing a pair of thin gardening gloves - the kind with the smooth parts on the inside of the hand - that way, you don't end up with purple fingers and hands :) There are rows and rows of blackberry bushes with tons of blackberries ready for picking!! They also have several varieties of blueberries!! I really came for the blackberries so I was excited to pick 2 gallons of blackberries and a3/4 gallon of blueberries. Price is a little high but it's more for the experience. Feel free to come alone (I did) and bring your phone and headphones and zone out and pick berries, while enjoying the sunshine. Come early to avoid the heat!!

Owners, Brandon and Teresa are dedicated to good customer service! Located a few miles off the beaten path, and over hills and charming country roads, is a hidden little gem: B Berry Farms. As you enter the driveway, you are welcomed by a seasonally "dressed" little, directional sign. But if that wasn't enough, if you give them a call first, Teresa will greet you at the front gate. On my arrival, both Brandon and Teresa welcomed me, and Brandon even helped me to back into my site, comically named, "RV There Yet"! The site was fairly level with both 30 amp and 110 available, a mini picnic table, a fire ring, a nearby water source, and even an outdoor toilet facility. Teresa signed me in and then went over a list of available products for the season. She also asked me if I wanted to buy some fresh baked banana bread? "Um... yes please!" I didn't realize how "fresh" the bread was until she told me that she baked it to order and would bring it down to my campsite when it was done. I mean, she had me at "fresh baked banana bread", but then hand delivered to my site? Wow! This was really amazing service. The farm has tons to do: kid's zip line, walking trails, adult size swings, and pick your own produce. There are RV sites, tent sites (some with power), and even a cabin. They also make their own personal care products and use some of their own natural ingredients. You can even order their products online and have them delivered around the country! AMAZING! Check out their website for more info.

We had been to a strawberry field the week before that took reservations only and had rows marked that had been picked, so we were expecting organization. This place was a free-for-all. The parking lot was full of cars, even though it had been raining, and the rows weren't marked that had been picked, people were all over the place, so we had to just wander around looking for a few stray berries. We ended up with a few pounds that weren't all the way ripe that will go into pies with a lot of sugar. I feel sorry for the people that showed up the next day. There wasn't much left but green berries. Next time we will go mid week and later in the season, I think going at the beginning was a big mistake. I also wish they were more organized like the other place was, but I guess it has been working for them, so I doubt they will change because of my review. The few berries we found that were ripe were very good. The place was very easy to find and the people were nice.
