When I arrived, I was asked what services I needed, and I explained that I wanted a manicure and pedicure. Since it was my first time visiting, I asked what forms of payment were accepted. Before I was able to choose a nail color or receive any services, I was asked to pay in full upfront. I found this unusual and uncomfortable. In my experience, payment is typically made after services are completed, allowing the customer to evaluate the service and leave a tip based on the quality of the experience. Being required to pay before any services were provided made me feel that I was being treated differently. For that reason, I intend to file a complaint with the Florida Commission on Human Relations so the circumstances can be reviewed. Thanks Cindy Nails

They only use gel top coat. I do not want to use lights of any kind, it gets too hot for me. My biggest issue was I went to pay and she charged me $83.00!!! When I questioned Kathy, she advised me that she charged me an extra $15 to remove the dip I had on. I told her they are overpriced and would not come back. I could tell she was pretty tired, but she was still kind with me when I changed my color and even brought me a coffee which I appreciated. The decor was girly and interesting.
