After about 25 min, I went to the front desk and asked how much longer I must wait - I was told, the tech is with other patients. In another 20 min, I went to the front desk again and ask again why it is taking so long to call me in - this time I was told that they will reach over to ask. At 1 hour after my appointment time - I went to the front desk for the third time and asked for my script back, stating I am not waiting any longer - this time, receptionist stood up and stated she will go in to check. In about 5 min, tech came to call me in, explaining on the way that there was "a glitch in the system" and she didn't see that I was waiting for an appointment; meanwhile, at least 4 or 5 people went inside for their tests - so there was no glitch in the system for their appointments? I find it absolutely unacceptable, especially since I went to the front desk 3! times to inquire why I am waiting that long. Additionally, when tech came to call me - that was someone I haven't seen previously taking patients back - so when I was first told that tech is with the patients - it was a lie. I am never coming back to this place. Do not schedule with them and take your business somewhere else if you value your time.

The clock ticks and now you have waited 9 minutes outside the door and a staff member sees you ... well the door is still locked. You have wasted 11 minutes of your 'must get to the office 30 minutes before time. ' Well that was the beginning of my journey to this healthcare provider. I started writing the review frustrated by the fact that I was kept outside the Imaging Center. But then this review was flipped directly because once the doors were opened ... once I met the people ... well let's just say I never imagined getting an MRI was going to be such a positive experience. The tech team clearly knows what they are doing! The "clinic" is spotless and they do all that they can to put you at ease. I know that I am an easy patient so that it was easy for them to joke around with me but I could tell that these guys would be really good working with the large number of patients who get anxiety rushes merely at the thought of going into the tube! So, when I started the review I was sure they'd be lucky to get a 2 star review but as I walked out I knew that the review deserved 5 stars but I just couldn't go there because the doors should have been opened as soon as they saw a patient had arrived promptly as instructed ... 30 minutes before the scheduled time. It was a MUST ARRIVE not a choice and I couldn't get in. BUT THANK YOU TEAM ... It was a great experience!

When I guestioned them about the X rays films that I requested I was told " We will do them for the Doctor but not the patient" ! Less than one star deserved by this facility!!! The doctor never sent me an actual order on paper so I didn't have it and the staff at my doctor's office were not answering the phones to fax the script. But they did have the order in the system with my insurance company and an authorization. Stat Imaging would not do the test (not even the MRI without contrast part of it) and were much less than interested or concerned. In fact they were so dismissive, it was ridiculous. The woman at the desk just sat and stared. I understand they needed the order. I also understand the order was in the system with the insurance company and the doctor's office would have faxed another order when the receptionist returned. These people don't give a CRAP about your time. In fact, they really don't give a CRAP about you at all. Just make sure you have your insurance card with you so you can collect the $$$. This is the absolute worst operation I have ever seen. And the older receptionist needs to go find a job working at McDonalds.

I was really angry at the NJIN. They made a lot of mistakes on my MRI Report and refused to send it…read moreto my Dr, BUT this site rectified those mistakes as fast as they could. The thing you need to pay attention to is the information you both previously input (from prior visits) and currently are inputting (for new appointments). If you don't have all of your documents ready they will auto fill with your previous information, including Dr information. The general NJIN call center strung myself and my Dr's office around for a week. Thankfully I filled out a Haddon Heights direct survey and explained my issue. The next day Haddon Heights had both fixed their error but also faxed it to where it needed to go. SO if you have to use NJIN go to Haddon Heights
