They introduced themselves and got to work prepping my home as they did their work. With it being cold out and the need to bring in hoses, they installed a temporary plastic doorway to keep the warmth in and still give them access as needed. They even protected the walls and baseboards from any contact/damage from the hoses. I have not seen this before, and it was a very nice procedure. As my loveseat was older and had been used by my previous dog, he showed me what they were up against and assured me that they would keep working on making it as like-new as possible. It came out great! The bedroom carpet was vacuumed first, and the products they used smelled really nice without overpowering my home. After about 6 hours the carpeting is nearly fully dry. We unfortunately had a poo-acoplyse from our 60+ pound dog, which caused us to have to have our carpets cleaned about 2 months after our original cleaning. Although the reasoning was not ideal, the results were fantastic- awful stains were gone without a trace and any residual odors were non-existent. The only down side we have had is that they do not have an "emergency" cleaning available.
