I can't speak for the two negative reviews here, but they were either isolated incidents or things have improved substantially. It's a two-hour party, so expecting to bake cupcakes, have them cool, decorate them, and also have pizza and a birthday celebration/cake is completely unreasonable. If you have a kid who is at all interested in baking, they will have a great time. Definitely recommend!
