They never seem to have parts in stock that should be there. I recently had my tractor serviced and was told that there would be a 10 day wait. I was told that they could put me on a list and they could pick up the tractor when it was my turn for service. This way I would not be without the tractor for more than a few days. Picked up on a Friday I called on Tuesday to check on progress. I was told it was almost done and they should call later in the day with a total. On thursday I called and asked the status of the tractor. I was told that they were in the Process of installing an air filter. The said that would call later in the day with a total. On friday I got ahold of an assistant manager who assured me he would get the unit back to me later in the day. Delivered on time at least but, the machine was damaged and covered in bird droppings. The damage was to the mower chute. it was broken and cracked halfway up. I washed the tractor before it went out and know every scratch on it. What a lousy place to do business with. If you seek crappy service you can get it cheaper elsewhere.

Two men came out and replaced the part with another used part that leaked even worse! We spent the Christmas holiday hauling buckets of water to dump down the shower drain before they finally fixed it right. Now we're waiting for the equipment to be moved back in place and although I called Friday, they won't be out until Thursday. Almost a week later, for an easy setvice, and we live only 3 miles away. Williams turned me away for this subsequent failure, but not after charging $ me while my tractor sat outside on their lot. -- Williams Farm and Machinery provided service for a warranty claim request on my Kubota. However, instead of submitting paperwork for a claim with Kubota, they repaired the part on site.
