Freestanding ER.... They do not have rooms to admit you into…read more 2 times we have had to use it and both times 100% satisfied. It is a ER.....not an urgent care. Those that are not an emergency have to wait. We were rushed in quickly and the doctor was able to "fix" us up. Sting ray stings is a medical emergency. Venom neutralized, x rays done, wound cleaned and antibiotics given.... All within an hour! They bill insurance directly for you.

After waiting for over a hour I had to leave for another appointment. No one on the staff there spoke about when the doctor would see me or seemed to care. So I guess I just wasted my co-pay and would not be surprised if they bill me for the appointment. This is a very unprofessional group I do not recommend them. I will look for a group of cardiologist that have some degree of integrity as it is my experience if the office is this poorly run it is a strong possibility the doctors will mirror their staffs skill sets. I for one would like to speak to an office staff member whenever I enter a Doctor's clinic. They act like we are bothering them when we speak to them. There seems to be only one person at each clinic who can do the scheduling, which seems unreal to me. What did they go to school for? Or did they even go? My husband used to go to Cardiac Associates in Foley, but he stopped for these same reasons. his words were, "one hand doesn't know what the other one is doing!" I hope one or more of the Doctors reads this review, and decides to make some changes. This is the most poorly run doctors clinic I have ever known.
