Dr. Kareem and staff went above and beyond to take care of me carrying my items for me since again. I am in dire pain. And at one point after she got everything done Dr. Kareem came back in to the room and put her hand on my shoulder to tell me it's OK we're gonna take care of you. I can't tell you the relief that was for me when I had been being dismissed for the last couple years saying that there's nothing that can be done with the pain and we don't know what's causing it. It's nice to finally be heard.

It honestly felt like a money grab--either to bill insurance or push patients into paying out of pocket. I was encouraged to undergo testing that didn't seem necessary, with language that felt more fear-driven than informative. In the end, everything came back negative, but I was left with a significant medical bill. What was most disappointing was the lack of support afterward. When I called with concerns, I received no real assistance, no reassurance, and not even an apology. Based on my experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this company to others.

Combined with the situation that they would not let me stay there with her exacerbated that concern. The visit was quoted at $275.00, so we paid it in full. She was to get a birth control shot, but this chain gynecological practice does not carry it in house. That is like a sushi restaurant not carrying fish? They give a prescription for which you must get filled at a pharmacy (another $69.00 dollars) and come back the next day and pay for a second visit to get the shot. (another $ 32.00, also paid in full at the time). Two weeks later we get a statement from them saying we owe an additional amount, when you call the phone number given at the bottom of the statement for any concerns about the bill, they tell you they cannot help you. Make note that this same service at our previous provider cost $79.00 total. They have not made a follow up call like they said that they would and it was obvious they took advantage of the lack of communication. This is the worst experience in a customer service environment in my 58 years of life.

From Jackie at the front desk to the physician, they are all wonderful! She listened to my concerns, explained things so I could understand, gave me options on how to proceed and was super transparent and honest! Best of all, when I mentioned that I was seeing a functional medicine physician and opting for non-traditional options I have been using, she was open and non judgmental! Highly recommend!

I attempted to call the office, and no one answered so i began walking around and driving around in the parking lot visiting each suite to find the correct one. I left a voicemail advising that they did not provide me with the suite number, that I was at 40 Alexandria BLVD on time for my appointment but cannot find which suite by then I had to stop in 3 different businesses to inquire about which suite/building it was because the road was blocked off from construction for thru traffic. At this point my phone had died and I have wasted so much time and gas driving around without any help. To access the building I had to drive through the construction barricade against the signs advisal that said closed to through traffic then finally found the building tucked in the back. Once I arrived, I explained my issues and that I had been calling and driving around trying to access and locate the office's location. The front receptionist was not empathic asked me to take a seat for the doc to see me then not even 5 minutes later called me back to the desk to advise that I'd have to reschedule. At that point I was so overwhelmed I had set time off of work to make that appointment and I was there on time, but they would not answer the phone when customers are calling in for the suite number that they failed to provide. It is simple customer service to notify customers that the front entrance is a construction zone, and you have to ignore the closed road signs to still be able to access the entrance and even simply providing the suite/building number could have made a huge difference. I recommend NOT TO WASTE YOUR TIME at this facility due to the lack of communication and preparation for new patients when they are aware of the construction deterrent in the front of their entrance, inability to answer the phones when it is time sensitive and the blatant disregard and empathy the front desk receptionist displayed. I declined the rescheduled when offered, luckily, I was able to find a new OBGYN Jason Bridge, MD located at 1551 Clay St, Winter Park, FL 32789 explained what happened and they were so understanding, empathetic and provided clear directions as a new patient. I didn't want anyone to experience the overwhelming disappointment and frustration that I did because our time is valuable, and first impressions are everything.

Emily is smart, proactive, offers excellent patient education, and she seeks out guidance/second opinions from her Women's Care Florida colleagues as needed. She is constantly booked, so if you are looking for an appointment with her specifically, call WAY in advance. She takes a lot of time with each patient, making sure they have all of their questions answered(sometimes I come in with a whole list!) She was the doctor who recommended CRM and Dr. Loy to us for IVF. A year later, we are 10 weeks pregnant! The office: They have several offices, but the one I am reviewing is the Winter Park location. It has ample parking and an elevator to the 2nd floor where the physicians offices are located. They have 4-5 people working reception so you never have to wait long. Their waiting room is large and spacious- they have a water machine with cups available as well as magazines. Scheduling: This is the only reason I can't give this 5 stars. Dr availability is NOT the issue either, I expect good doctors to be booked :) The issue is if you are having an ultrasound or another lab the front desk can't book you-- you have to wait for a call from a scheduler. I am a very organized person and always bring my planner with me to appointments(yes, I'm old school but I LOVE my Erin Condren planner!), so I'd like to take care of scheduling same day. Other than that this office is fantastic! I definitely recommend!
