Working with the owners, Jesse and Melissa, we're absolutely fantastic. The communication was top notch, they cleaned the resort up so beautifully and were very well in the setting up and cleaning up process. I had so many friends and family make comments of how absolutely beautiful this resort is and how they can't wait to book a cabin in the future. Thanks again for everything, Jesse and Melissa!

Everything is in good working condition and clean! It is not a 4 star hotel but we were not expecting that. Each cabin has a gas grill and fire pit. You can buy firewood, ice and bait. The resort is on Lake Wabedo, which is a good sized lake. We saw eagles, deer and loons. We loved hearing the loons call each other . Over my lifetime I've spent some significant time at Minnesota's lake "resorts" and this BY FAR was…read morethe best. When my parents invited me up here, I had visions of tiny cabins spread out among trees and a tiny dirt path to try to stay on, no lights at night, and a dock that requires a treacherous walk from the cabin. Not here! Our cabin was directly across a paved (PAVED!) street from our dock, therefore allowing a good minute from cabin to lake. It would be fair to say that within 3 minutes, one could leave their cabin, be in their boat, get situated, and be off. The cabin had a wall unit for A/C, but in the winter, there are heated units for those that want to ice/fish. The owners are really nice, and everyone staying there seemed to be having a lot of fun. The fish house also is easily the cleanest I've ever been in, though the knives are super dull so definitely you need your own.
