They are both 13 and were in dire need of a nail trim. The young lady who answered the phone was so sweet. She said to come on in and they will try to trim our beasts. They accept walk-ins and do it right in the lobby for a mere $10/each. I cannot express how thankful we are to have found this caring pet salon. BOTH our babies were calm and relaxed because of the wonderful attitudes of employees Nicole and Brandon. Those two certainly have a way with dogs. The Heeler has to be muzzled at the vet's office, but not at Posh Paws! We were in and out within minutes and both pups now have enviable toenails!!

When I asked to please trim the hair from around her eyes because once she gets hair in her eyes she takes her paw and brush the hair out of her eyes. Her tail was beautiful. I asked please don't touch her ears. Last groomer (PetSmart) cut her ears short and traumatized myself and Isabella!! Isabella showed no sign of anxiety like the other groomers had her feeling. My Izzy walked out the groomers like she was on the runway!! Thank you so much for making my Isabella feel and look fabulous!! See you again in 4 weeks!! I had to update my review due to the fact I misspelled PetSmart. Reading these negative reviews about Posh Paws is so sad. When I opened the door I was greeted with a smile and "How can I help you?" I just replied my appointment is at 12pm and I was here early just to show proof of her shot records. Also someone was getting their cat nails trimmed. I showed her Isabella's shot records then I was given the paper to fill out. Rode around for a bit. Came back and filled out the paperwork. Took Isabella for a walk to use restroom and she was groomed right away. I truly adore this place and it was my first time here. These negative reviews are shocking.
