I gave him an idea of how I wanted my Master Bath to look and he absolutely pulled it off in spades!!!!!! I love my new bathroom. A custom built Shower to include a rain shower head, a hand held shower unit on a sliding bar. A 4 jet system along with a custom built bench that goes from wall to wall. With the diverter system he installed we can pick which units we want to use. This shower makes you want to take your time and enjoy. Let's talk storage! 2 pantry's side by side give me plenty of room for towels, sheets, comforters, and that's just one half. The other side can hold all your hair styling gadgets, and all the large packages of toiletries you buy with ease. His and hers sinks nested in a beautiful quartz countertop. In between the good size sinks is a 2 door medicine cabinet with outlets on both sides. Under the medicine cabinet is a large 3 drawer cabinet for even more storage. All cabinets are wood construction and will last for years. He completely replaced my ceiling and removed a popcorn ceiling I could never like in a million years. Closed out an old skylight and installed a Bluetooth vent with nightlight and the ability to play music in the bathroom without the radio being in the room. The final part of the absolutely gorgeous master bath is an all tile look from the floor straight up all the walls. Making clean up a breeze and painting a thing of the past. Thank you again Thomas and his crew. See you when you redo my laundry room.

I can't recommend Tim Sessoms of Pearl Street South Construction enough!…read more We bought a house built in 1974 that needed a lot of love, and our primary bathroom was at the top of the list. I asked Tim if he had any design experience and could offer suggestions for the remodel. He immediately sent over some inspiration photos, and I knew we were in good hands. After I shared my ideas, Tim called me a couple of days later and said, "Let me run something by you." The vision he came up with was even better than anything I had imagined. We couldn't be happier with the finished result. As with any renovation, there were a few bumps along the way, but Tim handled every challenge with professionalism, excellent communication, and a true dedication to his craft. His attention to detail and commitment to getting everything right really set him apart. The only downside to recommending him is that I don't want him to get so busy that I can't book him for my next remodeling project! If you're looking for someone who is talented, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about the finished product, Tim is your guy.

He has repaired a leak on my roof, redone the ceiling where the leak had stained it and made it drop down. He replaced the sheetrock and was able to restipple the ceiling to match. It looks so good that you can't tell that there was anything done. He has redone my floors, taking up old flooring and putting down new LVP flooring and trim and transitions. Looks amazing. He had painted three rooms in my house with all three including accent walls. One room he and his wife did an accent wall that had small strips on the bottom half with alternating seven different colors. Their lines are super clean. He is dependable, reasonable, respectful, fast, and clean. He explained to me what he had to do so I understood. If I had questions he answered them without making me feel dumb. He was on time and never left without cleaning up behind hisself. If he had to move my stuff out the way he was careful to protect it. He was on time with deadlines and completing the jobs. He always did a final walkthrough with me and made sure I was satisfied. He even told me that if I found something later after he'd left that all I had to do was call him and he would come back and fix it, no charge. That's quality work! Services provided JAN 2025…read more Living far from where you need service is challenging when deciding on who you're going to hire. It can be a stressful and costly gamble hiring someone when you aren't from the area; with best voice and effort put forward during an initial call followed by a deposit with the final result to be completed one to several weeks later, and will even be to your satisfaction? None of that applies here - our experience with Tate Home Services was outstanding! After speaking with Aaron on the phone, I drove out where we met, looked at the property being prepped for sale then shook hands agreeing on what was to be done. I found Aaron to be courteous and profession both on the phone and also in person. He listened to my concerns and goal then helped formulate a plan to get the job done. Initial survey photos helped us to narrow down the work to be completed, a timeline was put into place and then final photos were sent showing all the work that had been performed. Other than our first meeting at the property, Tate Home Services completed all service requested in a professional and timely manner. Great communication skills, value and quality work. Billing, deposit and final balance were all handled remotely without issue. Thanks, Aaron! I'm keeping you in my phone should we ever need anything in your service area or have friends that are in need of referrals. jto
