I was concerned that best practices against oak wilt be observed, and Sal was onboard. Communication with Sal and his entire crew was excellent. I interacted with almost every one of them, and they were professional and hard working. There was no damage to our property from their equipment, the yard was neat as a pin when they left, and the trees look stunning. The cost was reasonable, and I will definitely call them again when we are ready to do more work in the back yard. Sal's commitment to excellence and continued improvement is a guiding force in the quality of this small business.

We really needed someone who could handle not only a small job (monthly maintenance/mowing) but larger jobs such as trimming large trees in a Texas sized yard. It also had to be done to my grandmother's high expectations! After reading the large number of positive Google reviews, we decided on Call Albert Landscaping, and we couldn't be happier. They not only took over the monthly maintenance, but they also tackled the larger jobs. Save yourself time and money, and give them a call, you will be satisfied and have peace of mind.

Watching two men climb those trees with chain saws whizzing was like watching a circus act. They however were very safe using climbing harnesses, ropes and ladders. I would not hesitate to hire them again, did not have one complaint and could have given 5 stars, but the way I see ratings there is always room to improve.

I wanted to give this company an opportunity to address my concerns before posting this review, but…read moreafter two days I have not received a response. I hired TreeMD to work on my pecan tree. Before I agreed to the job, I asked if the $1,300 price could be lowered. I was told it could not because the support cables alone cost around $500, which led me to believe the cables were part of the work. After the job was completed, I was told the cables were not included because they weren't listed in the written quote. Due to a delay, the damaged limb later fell onto my power line, and I was charged an additional $500 to remove it, bringing my total to $1,800. During the work, my fence, three flower pots, a decorative butterfly, and a pedestal were damaged. No one informed me about any of the damage. I discovered it myself after the crew left. I understand that tree work is difficult and accidents can happen. My disappointment is with the communication, the lack of accountability for the property damage, and the way my concerns were handled. Based on my experience, I will not use this company again.

The team from Edge Landscaping worked their butts off in some thick humidity and heat to get the job done. It took them two days to complete and when they were done everything was done to our complete satisfaction with the Ash tree ground down below grade and covered up, the utility lines cleared of Pecan limbs, and everything cleaned up and any ruts created by machinery properly filled in. In my opinion they went above and beyond as well - they were courteous and respectful to my elderly parents situation with my dad dealing with Alzheimer's - which makes even the slightest disruption like a bunch of people taking down trees a challenge for us to help ease his anxiety. When asked to take a break from the work for us to get my dad out of the house, they stopped and then got right back at it after we left. Plus, they worked to ensure everything was done as agreed to which took the stress off of everybody. I know we used them only for tree removal, but by the way Edge Landscaping approached our requested needs and how they worked to get everything done to our satisfaction - I would use them again for any job from trimming trees to a full landscaping make-over. These guys are good.
