Before working with CPG, we worked with multiple other immigration lawyers/firms and the results were all over the place with some successes and other failures, some failures being clearly down to lack of thoroughness with one lawyer even not bothering to change the employee's name from a previous similar case he used as a template.
Since switching to CPG, their record with us and results with USCIS have almost been flawless over 6+ years we have used them. I can understand some of the comments in the prior reviews in the sense they may not always be the most responsive before they take up a case but once they do, they have been nothing short of professional and most importantly, thorough. They have had growth and sometimes the paralegals attached to our cases have changed but what has been consistent is their level of thoroughness and attention to detail, regardless of the paralegal assigned (clearly there is knowledge sharing happening in the background). They sometimes require fair degree of time from the client to make a case but only because they are meticulous and want to engage with you, offering multiple approaches to help you decide what is the strongest case to make. The final documentation always seemed 'complete' and meticulous to me which I do not think can happen time and again without a culture of performance and processes to match. Thank you CPG for your support. The only thing I will add is they could get better at managing medium to large clients in terms of planning ahead for the client's entire employee roster so as to bring up any due extensions etc. Overall, in our long history with immigration lawyers, we feel like we have found a trusted and dependable partner. If you can keep up your end of the deal by providing necessary feedback to them on time and are concerned less with 'niceties' and more with 'results', I would strongly recommend CPG. read more
