I want to start off by saying that we completed two cases with this these people. The first one was great and we had no problems. The second one we've had a multitude of problems including them giving us false information, withholding important information regarding our case that should've been known from the very beginning and the fact that our case has been tossed around to different attorneys since we started, which turns to another problem when they get our information mixed up and we have to correct them constantly. Another problem is their attitude of their workers, the job feels rushed and feels like they don't want to help us based on the way they choose to speak to us or that they are judging and speaking down to us. After paying around 15k for this service, it seems they are trying to find any excuse to not move on and they present themselves as a scam. Moreover, as another review stated, you have to chase them. They make phone appointments but then cancel or simply don't call, we've had to call them for scheduled appointments just to get a 5 min phone call with hardly any information. We've had scheduled in person appointments where the worker wasn't even present at the office and we've had to get on a zoom call with them, which defeats the whole purpose of our traveling to the office. THEY STOLE 4.000$ from me, my name is Mauricio Velez, in 2022 I hired Landerholm Immigration services, the first appointment a lawyer named Flabio hyper friendly super confident said that my case was easy and was a piece of cake, I paid 4k and the rest was paid in installments, the only time they were puntual was collecting the money, I had to chase them around asking for updates, they never gave me an update unless I call every single month, they always have an excuse (btw there staf members are always sick) After a year of cat and mouse game we finally got serious and ready to send my case to USCIS, well I had a meeting with Mitchell another attorney, SURPRISE she said I dont think we can submit your case looks like Flavio and the whole team were overconfident and missed several things, THEY CALL THEMSELVES EXPERTS all those paralegals, attorneys, all those extra pairs of eyes and no one catch those little details, anyway, they could not submit my case, and they should not have gotten my case in the first place, I cut my losses, ask them for a refund, I waste a year of my time, well in my face they told me that despite their mistake, they put some effort in my case and they refund me only 4.000$, I paid more than 8.000$ and you know that for an immigrant that is a lot of money. They gave me a check for 4k and a folder with supposedly all the work they did, photocopies of my documents, and copies of the statement that another attorney did on my asylum case, and they didn't do anything. They charged me 4.000$ for a bunch of photocopies of my documents, the most expensive photocopies in my life. I lost a year worth of my time I lost 4.000$ and the most important thing I cant no send my case to USCIS because of them, and the deadline was passed Never ever, ever trust this firm again, they are very punctual at taking your money but when you need them, if they are not sick they will kick the ball with stupid excuses until you get tired and frustrated. I wouldn't recommend this place. So unprofessional. I wanted to petition my husband. They wanted me to pay 14k for their services which we agreed because they seem professionals and trustworthy at the beginning. They told us that if my husband gets jailed they would help him out at no cost. Two years passed and my husband got arrested I called them right away and they refused to take my husband out of jail and told me to contact another lawyer. my husband got out of jail without any charges. We waited for ottis to contact us which he never did after a year we contacted them again and we found out that ottis decided not to work on our case and drop the our case with out notice we complained and he told us that he would take our case again. We paid off EVERYTHING and when we were done paying him he told us that he decided not to proceed with our case again. We requested our money back because he didn't work on our case he threw a check for 4K at the table and spoke to us in a very condescending tone. He made us lose 10k in nothing.
