This review is long overdue. A good 30 days overdue, as it's still not sunk in that the Green Card was approved in 2 months, from application to card in hand. After speaking with a few immigration firms in the Bay Area, my wife and myself were at the end of our tether, as it was hard to find a good match. Either we got pushed around for an initial consult, or we just didn't find them professional enough. We came across Richard's yelp page while on the hunt for an immigration lawyer after the wedding. We filed for the green card for my wife on March 3rd and got approved on June 30th-less than four months later! Richard was everything we dared hoped for in a family immigration attorney. After reading some of the most genuine and glowing Yelp reviews we've ever seen for anyone or anything, we called the office and Richard himself answered right away. He was brisk yet approachable, very much on point, yet affable. We've never worked with anyone who usually got back with us in just a few minutes, even late into the evening! Once we signed on, Richard kept things blessedly simple. He sent us just two guide sheets: Necessary docs and suggested docs. They were brief but as complete as they needed to be. We gathered nearly all the docs in a day. Only creating photo collages of our life together took several days. Richard put us on to a free photo collage making utility called Canva, which took playing around with it for a morning to "get," but let us put together infinitely better collages that what we could do in Word. When the office created our case and filled out the I-130, I-485 and several other forms, it sent them to us to review and make sure they were right. Richard's extensive experience and knowledge of this realm of law proved vital and worth every penny of the $4,000 fee we paid, which is quite a reasonable fee by the way. The Adjustment via Marriage application is supposed to be straightforward, but if we had tried to put together the package ourselves, there was at least one important area we would have gotten wrong.
