Very professional and patient attorney, consulted over 30mins on the phone without hard selling at all. Would definitely hire her!

They made the whole process much less stressful, and I really appreciated their help and support along the way. Very good experience. I would definitely recommend Andrei to anyone looking for a good immigration lawyer!

I've retained immigration attorney Andrei Romanenko in April 2024. My experience with him has been…read moreextremely frustrating and disappointing, particularly during a time-sensitive situation involving my mother's immigrant visa interview in October 2026 which was scheduled by the consulate merely 3 weeks in advance. My biggest concerns have been his communication style, lack of proactive and substantive legal guidance, and poor responsiveness. His office operates on a two-business-day response timeframe, which he rigidly defended even when the interview was only days away and urgent decisions needed to be made. Rather than proactively identifying risks, explaining requirements, and providing clear, actionable recommendations, he repeatedly left me to research complex immigration issues, prepare extensive documentation, and make critical decisions independently. When I pressed for timely substantive guidance, his responses often focused more on defending his procedures than addressing the substance or urgency of my concerns. I ultimately had to seek an alternative independent legal advice and handle the final document submissions myself because I could not rely on receiving his guidance in time. I retained an immigration attorney precisely to have knowledgeable, responsive professional support during a complex and consequential process. Instead, I experienced additional uncertainty, frustration, and stress. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution prospective clients - especially those dealing with complicated immigration matters or approaching deadlines - to carefully consider whether his level of involvement, communication style, and response practices will meet their needs.
