Bgrd: Had a bear of a cleaning 'situation' for a room we absolutely needed professional help with- they came out for a walk-thru & quote. Had confidence in the job to be done after this walk-thru. And I was not disappointed. . Also rented a large dumpster from them for about a week. The Great Hard-working excellent cleaners (!) Responsive & polite admin/staff Easy to pay online Easy to track jobs you have quoted Nice to get reminder texts & emails for receipts, appointments, etc. The less-great: Communication awkwardness Staff is quite responsive but since I was in touch with a few folks from the company, it got confusing for me about who I should contact. (Thankfully they were all good about getting me my info- tho guessing that's a lot of extra work on their end.) And, on cleaning day, some details were lost- which required me to ask the workers to finish an item we'd agreed upon but they had not been told of. (And I couldn't find the original email on the HPS system- it seemed to disappear once I accepted the quote & paid the deposit). The cleaners were calm, polite & professional in this awkward situation. After calling their supervisor to confirm the correct contract info, they completed the cleaning to our great satisfaction. Overall there were VERY minor bugs to be worked out, but I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE OVERALL and will GLADLY refer people to them & try them again myself. Also very worth noting that I felt I could trust them in my home- which was wonderful. And extra nice that I didn't have to bust out any foreign language skills for the overall transaction- which is meaningful when it's a question of my hard-earned cash & house projects. I had George's crew cut some trees for me back during Covid. They done such good work. I just…read morerecently had them cut down all of my trees. I had 6 huge Oak trees. 3 were close to the house, & power lines. They've been gradually dropping more & more limbs, & my declining health was making it harder to clean up the debris. These guys know what their doing. My tree limbs were all over my house, shop, & power lines. One was inside my fence. They took the fence down, & put it back that day. They guide the limbs down with a rope, & drop them right where they need to be. They also stump ground 2 of the stumps in the front yard. Love how clear everything is now. i can finally see the sky from the front porch. If I had any trees left. I'd call them again.
