We've been trying to look at a couple different rentals. Firstly, they want a credit card on file just to look. Secondly, read the entire description. They will charge you an additional 240 per month. They rescheduled us multiple times and on a self guided tour, the code wouldn't work. We called and spoke to someone and let them know, he wouldn't give us the code. Wasted 30 min one way to just turn around. Complete waste of time! read more

They should basically give out a letter to each new resident that they'll constantly try to break renting laws and that they don't give a crap out anything but making money. Unit was disguising at move in? "Well everyone has a different idea of clean" even with dust, food, grime caked on floors, walls and ceiling. Deck falling apart? Well guess we have to wait until it collapses for them to care. Find BLACK MOLD growing in the bathroom drywall?? Hopefully you can watch the maintenance guy or they'll try to just patch the wall and cover it up without letting you know that your unit has black mold.... We only found out because I came home and saw the moldy drywall that was cut out and replaced. Then took no accountability or real action to fix it. In unit washing machine breaks? Hope you have other options because it'll take them over 2 months to fix. AC stops working? Better be comfortable trying to fix yourself or they try to charge you for the repairs (even though it's not your fault it broke) They're awful guys. This is the absolute worst property management. Stay away! This is the last place you would want to rent from every experience I had with them while renting from them was horrible. I had someone walk into my house with a key to do an inspection and they didn't tell me. I tried to tell him to leave and he tried to pressure me to let him to stay. I was home alone and half dressed!!! Fuck this property management, and even the employees who are comfortable working for them. I honestly don't even know how they are still in business. I have never rated a business before but I joined this platform to say this: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. We rented a property from them and things were okay at first. Then, when things were broken, it took weeks for them to come and fix it. On one occasion, it took them three times to fix a single problem because they had to find the "right" contractor. When we decided to leave, that's when it really started to go downhill. They started to bombard us with phone calls, emails, and texts asking if we have left the property so they can do their inspection. Now that they have, they have found EVERY LITTLE thing that was a problem and put it on our tab. Problems that were there to begin with and told them beforehand. They kept our $2000 deposit and added 630 more for repairs. Now, it's been four months since we left and they're still contacting us to add additional charges. The ONLY positive thing that I could say about this place is the person that been handling our "case" is nice and quick to respond. He doesn't leave us in the dark. Run far away from properties with them and if you're an owner thinking to partner with them, run even farther. read more

This company is a completely Joke. Be aware. 1- Once you go into contract. Don't expect these folks to ever answer the phone. Useless. 2- They seem to be desperate for money. At least 3 times or more they performed repairs/service without approvals and charge my account as an owner. I had to contact them every time by text since they don't answer the office number. The excuse was always the same and they end up removing the "mistake". One time is a mistake. Three + times is not. 3- Huge internal miss communication. They never know anything you talk to other representative within the company's staff. Please make sure if you use this company to have all communication in writing. I am very organized and document everything. If you need to sue these guys, it will come handy. Please document everything since day one. Text, emails, phone calls. As a tenant or owner. 4- As an owner. I received a legal letter from the previous tenant complaining about this company retaining their deposit over the estimated legal period. I had to forward this letter to them and they reimbursed the tenant deposit next day. 5- On April 2024 I let these people know I won't be renewing my property with them since I was going to move back to this property. I approved a tenant move out inspection $199 and they sent a report of tenant and owner responsibilities. I approved the tenant responsibility jobs since they had the deposit. They arbitrarily and without approval went in my house and replaced 3 smoke detectors that you can find in amazon for 90-100 bucks (3 pack) and charged my account once again without approval $480.00. I sent them an email requesting my my old smoke detectors back and they stopped answering and charged my amex. I proceed with a chargeback. 6- They filed a small debt against me. Which I am responding in a few days and am preparing all documentation and will proceed with a lawsuit after. Until today I have not received my keys, My garage controllers or garage keypad code. Landlords stay away! Wolfsnest has already many bad reviews from Tenants but I want to make sure Landlords realize that Wolfnest is bad partner in any way and I have examples below to support my statement. The experience with Wolfsnest has been a really bad one. 1) The Sales agent handling my account just went "dark" on me- leaving me scrambling to find another company. Last minute I got a call from another Sales person telling me that person had left and promising to deliver better service. 2) I drove 700 mi+ from CA to Salt Lake City to meet with the Sales person and my Property Manager - my Property Manager never had time for me. When asked to meet me at the property I was totally dismissed, I was told people at Wolfsnest work from home on Fridays and asked to just write everything down. There is 0 excitement or compassion at Wolfsnest to take ownership of a property and do the right thing. 3) I created detailed documents, labeled pictures, created key copies, left maps and folders for Wolfsnest and got little to no acknowledgement that my direction would be followed. At NO time did I feel Wolfsnest actually cared about my property. 4) When asking to provide Maintenance services or help with a refrigerator delivery I was constantly reminded that every service costs extra and for the fridge delivery the person could not wait around so I had to more or less coordinate the whole thing over the phone from work in CA. 5) There is zero flexibility with vendors performing cleaning and maintenance on the house. Everything has to go through Wolfsnest - often costing much more than usual. 6) I cancelled my engagement with Wolfnest as soon as all this became apparent and was still charged money for "photographer fees" and "Zillow fees". I gave direct feedback to actually help them become a better partner in the market and was offered a small discount but there was no way to cancel the fees and for them to acknowledge they had offered no support for my first investment property. read more

There is a reason this property management company rates a 1.4 out of 5. This company requires a 14 day move in AFTER your application is approved. If you are required to put in a 30 day+ notice to vacate elsewhere then this doesn't work and you are out $45. You cannot speak with anyone until you pay that fee. This company also only communicates with you on its own terms and only by email. Red flags should rise when you see this company on a listing. This is not a company you are going to want to do business with. read more

It's true, Wolfnest Property Management are SLUMLORDS. But this review isn't from a tenant, it's from an owner. I hired them to manage a duplex I own in Salt Lake, and not only are they awful to tenants, but they also can't be trusted to properly manage and maintain a property. Under their management, my property fell into total disrepair. I hired them because I live in a different city and couldn't really keep an eye on the property. But it seemed like they never even drove by the place. The duplex got overrun with weeds, trash, and vines. It became an eyesore and a total embarrassment. They rented to a tenant whose large dog completely destroyed our lower unit, and it cost us more than we ever earned on rent to try to repair the place once the tenant's lease was up. The dog chewed up moldings, blinds, the floor; the damage was extensive, despite the fact that we told Wolfnest that we didn't want to rent to tenants with large dogs. But Wolfnest didn't care. They never followed through on their promised quarterly inspections (if they had, they would have seen that the place was getting destroyed). All they care about is pocketing their totally undeserved percentage of the rent, and large percentage of the security deposit. The terrible reviews for Wolfnest are very much deserved. Sucks!! I've been renting from them for 3 years and there is literally NOTHING they help with! AND if you decide to stay for your whole 12 month lease, you have to pay them the new higher rate for 3 months of your existing lease!! Unless of course you are vacating to be homeless! Where is the 0-star review?? Communication. It was NEVER easy to get a hold of someone. Vhea was rude in her emails, making my questions sound like dumb questions (ie why have you not collected rent). Casey blocked my number and took weeks and sometimes months to respond (I have a paper trail). Property Management. I walked into the apartment after spending $1500 on cleaning and inspection and could barely breathe. the smell was horrible and has required me to replace all the carpets. The yard was a complete mess, with vines growing on the AC unit and walls. They nickel and dime you wherever there is a chance and tack on fees as you are offboarded that were never discussed. What was discussed is "If we find tenants and you decide to cancel with us, there is no charge". No charge actually means hundreds of dollars. Integrity. It took weeks to get the property "rentable", following this the "market changed" and suddenly their word had too. I was told 10-14 days is the normal time to get tenants. I was told there were no offboarding charges. Now I need to review all my phone records from a year ago to hold your sales team to their word. There's a lot more but I am so glad to never deal with Wolfnest again. I wouldn't recommend Wolfnest to my worst enemy. I have worked with many property managers in the past. I have worked with good and bad property managers. Wolfnest set the bar lower than I thought possible. From the very beginning, I was promised and guaranteed 10-14 days, minimal marketing expenses at owners' expense, qualified tenants, and prompt responses when there was an issue. I received none of this. It took 4 months for one unit and 5 for the other. Ridiculous charges all over the place. I work in RE and have recommended half a dozen people to find a different property manager. read more

Mold issue. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MANAGEMENT. I could write a book on the reasons. Please trust this review. When I came to them about my mold concern they blamed it on me saying the walls were changing color due to me getting the walls wet as I got out of the shower. After pressing there was an issue they finally found that it was mold and could have cared less. I waited months for anything to happen. They told me I had to move out of the property asap (not for my health reasons but their selfish and threatening reasons OR I had to sign a legal document coming from their lawyer saying I couldn't come back to them later for mold health issues and if I told anyone about this mold issue or went to social media they would come after me and I would be sued. If I signed the paper I could stay in the property until the end of my contract. Do not get yourself wrapped up with this company. They are criminals! These people just take and take and take They just charged so much for the move out fees and took it out of our deposit even for stuff that we didn't break. They repaired all the doors at our cost. If you move out early, the early termination fee is three times the amount of the rent. Renting from an actual person is way better than from a rental company. read more

I contracted Wolfnest to manage an 18 unit I own. What a disaster. If I could give 0 stars I would. They let the property fall into disrepair while charging me a fortune for repairs that were not done correctly. The tenants hated them. They added various fees that were not specified in our contract and took those fees for themselves without disclosing this to me. When I switched management companies my monthly net income increased by 50%, my tenants far happier and the place is looking much better. Tried to move into my rented condo after driving 36 hours over 3 days only to find that the lockbox was wouldn't open. No problem, it's just 5:30, so I'll call the office-no answer, called the Tenant relations-no answer, called 24-hr service, no answer then call back to tell me that they are really just a call service and that they are trying to reach the property manager on duty but not having any luck. Three hours later finally someone calls me back from the call service with a new lockbox code. 10:26 the next day I finally get an email from the tenant relations manager with a different code as I guess he thought I had slept on the street the night before and rather than call to apologize I guess he thought a mid morning email would make things better. Worst customer service on the planet but I guess that's what people in SLC have to deal with given such a tight real estate market. read more

Tenants and owners beware. TENANTS: After the fees and utilities Wolfnest charges, you will be paying hundreds of dollars more than what rent is listed as. Keep that in mind with their low listing prices. Wolfnest will not maintain your property, even under dangerous circumstances. A huge tree branch broke and crashed into our house (see pictures), crushing our awning directly in front of the property's only entrance/exit. The city removed the tree immediately, but our awning stayed crushed for 39 days before Wolfnest took it down. We never knew if or when it would crush further, which was very troubling considering walking under it was inevitable. We emailed them requesting assistance constantly during this time with very few responses (see a screenshot of an example of an email that was completely ignored), and getting ahold of them on the phone was next to impossible. Mind you, we paid full rent during this time. We also had a mouse infestation. We were extremely diligent in keeping our house clean and our food in sealed containers, but we couldn't keep the mice out because they came through holes in the house. They offered no help on the basis that pests are the tenants' fault, so we had to personally pay for an exterminator every year. They also didn't fix our AC for ten days during the summer of 2021 when temperatures were reaching record breaking highs, despite us constantly urging them that it needed attention. Every winter, without fail, our furnace stopped working, too. Each time it happened it took multiple visits from their vendor to get it fixed. Maintenance was a constant struggle. Also keep in mind that, even though they charge $35 a month/12 months a year for yard care, the only yard care that gets done is mowing the lawn sporadically from April-September. Everything else, like shoveling snow, is your responsibility. When we moved out, we were charged $508 on top of our deposit for supposed cleaning and garbage removal. I still could not tell you how there was over $1000 worth of cleaning and garbage removal to be done when we left, and when we asked for further explanation we were ignored. They also did not put any of the $400 pet fee we paid at move in toward our move out costs. OWNERS: In our three years at Wolfnest (2019-2022) they didn't do a single property inspection. If they had, maybe certain problems with the property wouldn't have gone ignored, like the holes mice were getting through for example. Also, in lieu of having pet inspections, they just charged us a $125 fee every year. Their email says "good news! Instead of 4 more pet inspections at a total of $200, we are charging a one time animal renewal fee of $125." Not sure why we would have ever paid $200 for four pet inspections, but they never did a single "pet inspection" anyway and we just got that message every new lease. They don't do any yard care beyond mowing the lawn. People came to mow the lawn from April-September, but never consistently and that's the only thing they did. The house we lived in was amazing but they really couldn't be bothered to take care of it the way I would want my house taken care of. I would NEVER trust Wolfnest with any piece of property I own. So if you care at all about your property and hope to find good tenants you can keep, take your business elsewhere. read more

As someone who owns 27 rental properties throughout the United States, wolf nest, Property Management is by far the biggest rip off. I've come across yet. they had my property on the market for three months allegedly around 70 interested parties various applications, and still did not get it rented they are also outrageous, and their maintenance costs always giving you a number that it will be at the most to resolve a problem and it always is that higher number example $480 to wipe down kitchen counter tops windowsills. . Shame on me for not looking at yelp reviews and Google reviews before hiring them. New property manager got it rented in a couple days. I was a tenant of Wolfnest Property Management from June of 2019 through December of 2019. In that short span of time, the folks at Wolfnest proved to be some of the most spiteful people I've ever interacted with. When my significant other and I started renting from Wolfnest we opted to sign a lease, sight unseen, because we had very little time to look at available rentals (we were relocating from California to Utah for work). When we moved in, the unit was absolutely filthy--the carpets were full of cat hair, cat litter, and the whole unit smelled strongly of cat urine. We sent photos, videos, requested a walkthrough with a member of the Wolfnest team, and then asked that they clean our carpets, which, according to our lease, should've been done prior to our arrival. To make a long story short, they denied our request for a walkthrough and refused to clean our carpets. We couldn't understand why they wouldn't come to inspect the carpets for themselves. If you think we're lying, come see it for yourselves! We kept emailing the folks at Wolfnest, basically pleading for them to clean our carpets (because my significant other is allergic to cats), they told us to "get the courts involved." After about a week and a half of emailing, we paid to have our carpets cleaned by an outside company. They used a backlight to look for cat urine, and they found large splotches of it in every room, on both the floors and walls. We sent more photos and videos, which showed how the unit looked under the black light, but the Wolfnest team still refused to help us. Eventually, we were forced to take Wolfnest to small claims court over the state of the unit. Once again, to make a long story short, we won our case--and the judge was appalled. In addition to renting us a dirty apartment, Wolfnest falsely advertised our unit as having an in-unit washer and dryer. They even admitted it--in writing. Wolfnest also violated the Utah Fit Premises Act when they refused to provide us with a form to document the unit's condition. We brought this to their attention and they--once again, in writing--told us they weren't going to give us one. We now have no idea how this is going to impact us when we eventually move out. What's also interesting is that my building's owner ended his relationship with Wolfnest after they allowed his apartment complex to fall into a state of disrepair. According to a Google review that he recently wrote, Wolfnest also collected various fees from his tenants that weren't specified in their contract. He then went on to reveal that Wolfnest pocketed the money. To illustrate just how filthy our unit was, I've uploaded some of the pictures that we presented in small court--these are pictures of our carpet under a black light as well as pictures of the debris that collected in our vacuum. WORST experience ever as a renter! If you want to get your security deposit back, take them to court like we did! Long story short-- when we moved in, the place was filthy, stained carpet, walls filled with marks and holes, cracked sink, greasy kitchen vent, etc. We took photos and sent them a move-in report for their record. We had to clean the whole place in our expenses. When we moved out, we also cleaned and fixed everything. The apartment looks much much nicer. Took the photos and video, sent them for the record as a move-out report. A month later, Wolfnest sent us a "security deposit disposition" claiming that there are damages on walls (how? we fixed it), lost mail keys (which was not true), carpet cleaning fees (because we didn't provide the receipt of the professional carpet cleaning). They took our security deposit plus claiming that we owed them hundreds of dollars. Umm... this is not right. The place wasn't even clean to begin with. Now, they tried to say we owe them money?? Oh and by the way, we didn't have hot water for almost a month. It's just dragged on because they tried to find the cheapest contractor to fix it. This means, Wolfnest totally violated Utah Fit Premises Act. Since they are acting like bullies, we took them to court and the judge rules us favor. My suggestions: Stay FAR away from these people if you haven't signed anything. But if you're in the similar situation like us, document EVERYHTING -- emails, photos, videos. Once they are acting like bullies with their false information/claims. YOU HAVE YOUR RIGHTS, Sue them!! read more

If I could give this organization zero stars I would. It is astounding that they have received any positive reviews whatsoever. Tenants and property owners should be extremely wary of engaging with this business, as they are predatory and utilize illegal practices to gauge money out of anyone who comes near this organization. To name a few issues we encountered, at a rent price of $3,200 / month... - Broken appliances: the refrigerator, oven, stove, and dishwasher remained broken for our entire leasing period. - Broken window: not repaired, no one would come to replace - Draining issues and leaking: Draining issues in shower, sinks, and laundry unit. Likely this has resulted in serious mold issues risking the health of tenants and viability of the structure itself. - Broken lights: Wolfnest had "replaced" a lightbulb cover with a piece of paper!! The above were just a few to cases that exemplify the nightmare we experienced. We were never able to get a response back from management, despite phone calls, emails, you name it. This is a horrible organization that needs to be held accountable for its actions. read more

If you view the other one star reviews, you'll see multiple people saying that one star is being to kind to this company, and I along with my three other roommates all agree. From the very beginning, Wolfnest has treated us like absolute garbage. Just to list a few of the issues we have had, first it was like pulling teeth to have them respond to our initial application. Once they finally did respond, we had to wait even longer for them to "verify" our references, (this is after we had paid their outrageous application fee and a partial deposit to "secure" our spot). Once we finally got into the home and moved in, they gave us two house keys, knowing there were four people moving in, but one of the keys doesn't even work on the front door. We also were given a mail key with no instruction on which mailbox was even ours. Once they finally told us what box was ours, the key didn't even work. We ended up having to wait close to two months before we could even check our mail. Oh and can't forget that we weren't allowed to receive the garage door code to our own apartment, nor a key to unlock the garage door which actually leads to the next issue we had. A few months into us living here, our garage door broke and we were unable to lower the garage door manually due to how it broke. We submitted a maintenance request to have the door fixed, and seeing as we don't have a key to the door in the garage, we were expecting the issue to be handled in a somewhat timely manner. Well what we saw as an emergency, they saw as a minor inconvenience. It took 5 visits, from 5 different people over the course of about a month to finally get our door fixed. 4 of the 5 people that came to look at it had absolutely no idea what was wrong with the door either. We were asked the same questions 4 different times and given the same "oh well I am not able to fix this" whether it be no permission granted by the owner, or lack of communication/preparation and not having the equipment needed for the job. We were given absolutely no compensation for the trouble they put us through. Finally, we submitted our rent payment ON TIME, with the needed funds ready and available in my account and they denied our payment, then charged us a late fee. When we contacted them about this, they could not give us a reason as to why the payment was declined, and refused to waive the late fee. Finally this brings me to the latest issue. We signed a 12-month lease in August and have 3-months left in our agreement. We were given a notice that we would not be able to renew our lease in March, as the owners were selling the property which is fine. But since then, they sent us a move-out packet that was listed as needing to be completed in 30-days as if we were being kicked out at the end of that month, but it was just an automated email they sent with no further explanation. Next, they gave us a 12 hour notice that a photographer was going to come into our place to take photos, but with all of our stuff still in the apartment. Now, they have told us that they are going to have an open-house this weekend, again, 3-months before we even move out. They again offered no compensation for our time. I have been renting for years, and this has been BY FAR the worst experience as a renter I have ever had. Wolfnest has NO regard to/for anyone else. They will do anything in their power to maintain MINIMAL contact with you. They would rather perish than offer ANY form of compensation for a situation they caused or otherwise handled poorly. Oh and if anyone who reads this is in ANY form of contact with Sheila at Wolfnest, run for the hills, unless you enjoy being ghosted and/or receiving the most vague and unhelpful responses to any, no matter how minor, issues you definitely will have if you choose to do business with Wolfnest Property Management. These people will do everything to finagle you out of a few hundred dollars. Tell them you'll go to the better business bureau or the state attorney general when you have issues with them. Also check the customer complaints on the better business bureau. Scroll down a little and you'll see some of the unhinged responses from the official Wolfnest account replying to customer complaints. The worst rental experience we have ever had. There are hidden fees everywhere and they refused to fix issues when they came up. We didn't have a fridge for weeks and our heat went out and wasn't repaired for about a month. Just terrible. We ended up owing more than our security deposit and we even paid to have the place professionally cleaned ourselves. Do not rent from this organization. read more

There is the bare minimum and then there is what this company offers. not only are they impossible to get a hold of but they will nickel and dime you any way shape or form. They have no problem lying on your move out report so they dont have to give you back your deposit. most of all I feel sad for homeowners that let Wolfnest manage their property. they waited 2 months to fix a leak in the bathroom wall so they could get the cheapest fix, by then mold and mildew had grown in the walls and caused significant damage to the ren propert. The plumber who ended up fixing the leak told us we were very lucky we did not own the home. This is not a reputable and honest company. Do yourself a favor and rent or have your property managed elsewhere. read more

Like many others, if I could give zero stars that's what the rating would be. Wolfnest represents the armpit of property managements companies. While one may argue they're working within the confines of Utah state laws, there is an element of basic respect and decency completely missing from the Wolfnest organization. I think I have read the word PREDADTORY - this is spot on with our experience. Over our 12 months lease my wife and I experienced numerous instances of poorly maintained appliances and fixtures requiring attention. Things like a broken window, illegally fabricated paper light shield (fire hazard) and leaking appliances were never resolved. Requests to repair or rectify these and other issues were never responded to just disappearing into the blackhole of tenant communications. I want to lease from a group of slimeballs, never receive a response to my communication attempts and be taken advantage of for every dollar possible; SAID NOBODY EVER. Maybe it's time for all of us with similar experiences to band together and file a class action lawsuit? read more

These people are scammers. Stay away from these property managers at all cost. They find every little way to steal money from you. There's literally a thread on reddit about how evil they are. When they send insepctions theyll come by to find ways they can charge you NOT keep you safe. Thats probably why we just now found a nasty leak in a closet, the floor in there is soaked and we are pretty sure theres black mold in the walls by now. While renting from FRE/Wolfnest, everything was fine for the most part. They do charge some stupid fees for this and that, which makes your rent much higher than what's listed on their website for the listing. The property we rented was listed for $1,300, but after all said utilities and fess, we were paying $1,624.00. Also, the property was not in great condition, like carpet that should have been replaced about 5 tenants ago, and the ceiling fan/light in the living room that took them about three months to come replace but whatever, the rent was less than most 3 bedrooms in the area so I didn't really care as I knew we would only be renting temporarily. The real issues came after we moved out. We moved out at the end of June, but the lease went through to July 15th (weird because we singed a 12 month lease at the end of the previous August, but I digress). I knew I would need to pay for rent for the 15 days in July, so on June 25th I went to log in to the tenant portal to pay, and my account had already been disabled. I assumed that meant they would just take my deposit to cover July's rent (my mistake here, I shouldn't have assumed, I should have called and talked to them). About 30 days after we moved out, I finally received their "disposition" of fees and charges I would have to pay that went beyond my deposit. I wasn't surprised that I would have to pay beyond the deposit since I knew I had to pay for the 15 days of July. However, I was surprised to find that they were charging me for damages present prior to my move in date, which I noted on their "Move-In Condition Report" shortly after moving in. So in my mind, I'm thinking, they are charging me for damages done by some previous tenant... does that mean that they also charged the previous tenant for the same damages, didn't repair them, and are now charging me for them again, collecting money for repairs multiple times and never actually making the repairs? Super shady. I called them out on this, and they quickly sent me a link to submit an appeal. I submitted my appeal, using photos of the Move-In Condition Report, on August 3rd, and quickly got a response saying my appeal was received and I would have a response in 7-10 business days. Great! No, not great. It is now August 25th, and I have still not received a response to my appeal, even after several requests for an update. I do, however, keep getting emails stating that if I don't pay by August 27th, the balance will be sent to collections. See the game here? Clearly I don't want the balance sent to collections, so I am going to pay them, but I shouldn't have to pay for damages I didn't cause, especially since I noted them very specifically on the Move-In Condition report. Also, I am waiting on a response on how I am supposed to pay them since they disabled my tenant portal. I moved out of the state, so it's not like I can just pop over to their office with a cashier's check. My advice, don't rent from this company read more

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL BEND YOU OVER!!! I WILL UPDATE WITH PICS!!!! I was a tenant for 5 years! Always paid my rent a month in advance even during the pandemic! We never had an issue with Wolfnest until we told them we were buying a house and wanted to look at options to leave. They would not work with us and we got stuck with around a $3500 lease buyout fee. This was also with months in advance notice and I was willing to even find someone to rent the place out! (My bad for not reading fine print) I figured we have been such great tenants they would be willing to work with us. We moved out and my wife cleaned the hell out of this place. weeks later we get a invoice for $800 because they dinged us on every nail hole even if it was there before we moved in. I swear all the employees are outside USA and the one they have Scott Robinson will make sure he is on top of everything because he is the lease manager and that is it. I will NEVER recommend this company for anything. read more

Also did an application for both me and my wife and was told someone already paid the deposit so we missed out on it yet we just looked at the property yesterday and it's still online for showings. I would stay clear of wolfnest as they should not be allowing applications for properties that are supposedly taken. read more

I was very close to renting a property from these people. I cannot explain how glad I am that I did not! Please be careful! I was pressured into an "application deposit" of $499 and after waiting 11 days to wait for application approval, I was forced due to timing and additional fees they tacked on to find other housing! They forfeited my $499 deposit even with the lengthy time frame and honest communication on my end. I am still glad I didn't work with them! These people are not BBB accredited, they have terrible reviews all over the internet and any other property manager you talk to will warn you of these bad, unethical people. I will be filing complaints of the SLC Board of Reality, the Better Business Bureau. Don't make the mistake I did! Support local individuals, not shitty property management companies! read more
