Our Valentine's Day was kind of a wild ride and they did make it a lot easier on us. They were nice and professional and helped us get back into good spirits while our home was covered in water. They even take the wet towels/duvets and launder them for you. They came in the next day to take up all the flooring and ensure we were OK. Nice people.

Belfor was brought in to clean up after a small flood, they did the demolition portion missing scope in the process.....working with crews that show up late if at all....then take more breaks than work...but they do not care as that portion is a lump sum....they work very rough and damage things which they take no accountability for....even though the project manager at the time "promised" to make everything good that was pointed out to them... could not rate them any lower....BEWARE

After talking about my concern to Ted's manager Sheri, my concerns were dismissed and still unaddressed. There is a lack of integrity when keeping their word in agreements with their customer. I have come to realization that this organization rips off their customers and their sole purpose is to extract people's hard earned money through unethical practices.
