We called Steve with Certified and they were able to get the condenser fixed under warranty, no problem. The second time we contacted Certified was for our furnace that quit working. We called first thing on Friday morning, Steve was at our place by 10:30, and he had it fixed by 12:30 - including driving out to get a new blower and ECM module. I have been very happy with their service. These guys are honest and very reasonable for pricing. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I showed him the instructions for installation, and his answer was I wouldn't follow the directions. Even though they told me it was done and needed no more work. A couple weeks now have gone by and I was told the shower base was repaired, now there is a melted spot in the shower base is still cracked inside and out.
