So many limousine services were unresponsive, difficult to contact, etc. NOT Byers--from the get go Shelley was warm and professional, calling me right away to discuss details and make sure everything was timed correctly and how I wanted it. She was also in contact in the weeks leading up to the wedding, as was James, to make sure that I knew everything would be okay. On the day of, James was our driver. The limo was beautiful and clean, and he was awesome! He got everyone where they needed to be in more than enough time and impressed all of my bridesmaids with his awesome reversing skills :) We could not have asked for a better driver, or for a better limousine service.
