Ok, I am really sorry to everyone who recommended this place to me. All those who live in the area are willing to offer their left arms for this place. However, for me this place wasn't that special - in a nut shell, it is expensive and you really don't get what you pay for. Every dish has to have some 'exotic' ingredient to justify the price, but I'm sorry, still not worth it. Don't misunderstand me, the food is good if you are willing to pay for it. But I think the most disappointing thing was the coffee, it was weak and quite average. And I came here in the morning, which is my spiritual coffee time! And instead of reaching self-enlightenment with my cup of coffee, I just got woken up. Specifically, as after eating here, I made sure that I drove past the Baron to get a real cup of coffee. I know that I am being harsh, but when you are paying $30+ for a breakfast and coffee I except a bit more. And sadly I don't think I got it. read more

After every bush walk we must coffee as a our 'doneski' treat! From Hornsby Blue Gum walk on route home to Kellyville - Dural was totes in the way home and with Wolfe and Co. as the new kid on the block totally a no brainier to scope out! Weather was predicted to dump all day but just as we approached Dural.... BAM!! Hello rain. But once we made it to the cafe, the cute outdoor seating was drenched. However inside was super cozy and the perfect place to hit out with a coffee. The kitchen was closed when we made it but a second wind for a second lunch totally could have happened. The burger sounded aahhhmazang!! The treat skim piccolo and a cheeky brownie totally hit the spot and the day was a success! The coffee was soooo good! I'm no coffee connoisseur but that cup was so smooth with some surprising character to compliment. (I'll get better with my coffee descriptions lol) They were using 5 senses beans and I'm always a fan of them I'm coming back for that burger!! read more

Would you like flies with that? You can't blame the business but the most memorable part of my visit was constantly waving and chasing the swarms of flies away from our food! This place is located on the main road so parking is difficult. This wouldn't be a problem if there was something special encouraging you to visit - unfortunately there wasn't. There is indoor and outdoor seating with about 15 of the tables outside. It is licensed as well but only one side of the outdoor area is licensed. Again and like the flies - the licensing laws aren't the fault of the owners but it's a pain in the butt to move everything 2m because you want to have a beer! The staff were polite enough but stuffed up both our drinks orders and the food - brought the wrong drinks and then left stuff on the burger we'd asked to not have on there. The coffee was definitely great but very small. I had a burger which was really good and very fresh but for the price I wouldn't have expected anything less. If it were my local I'd have the odd coffee here but it's not the sort of place I'd go out of my way to visit. read more

On a Wednesday lunch it was the only restaurant around this little area that was open and it was busy. There was a mothers' group complete with little babies, business people and randoms (like us). Parking was a problem but we found out after we sat down that the driveways on either side of the restaurant take you to their parking area. It is not sign posted and the parking at the front of the restaurant is for 1hr only. I did get the impression that it is probably not policed. Our first mistake was not making a snap decision on whether we wanted to eat inside or out. The inside seating is at a long table facing the counter and it was hot so we opted for outside with a roll of the waitress' eyes. Outside is on a concrete floor covered with an awning and see through plastic sides. This gave an excellent view of the B doubles and many other trucks whizzing by and allowed the horns of those vehicles to be clearly heard. It did drown out the conversations and babies crying. Our next mistake was not understanding the menu and then drawing attention to the fact by asking questions. We also mispronounced the names and had to be corrected. Both of us ordered the Raviolo (we correctly assumed that this was the plural of ravioli as we got two pieces). I did feel a little superior to my dining buddy as I ordered jamon instead of bacon which got the nod of approval from our waitress. We stuck to water and that also had us undone as we did not get a refill for our glasses or were left with a jug at the table. The Raviolo was nice and had interesting flavours. Both of us paid an extra $4.50; one for bacon and the other for jamon. As you can see from the photos two large ravioli with a slice of ham cost $24. Not convinced. At other tables there were burgers and the starting price on those was $18.50 but extra bacon was only $2.50. I mused as to whether I could ask for the hamburger bacon extra rather than the Raviolo bacon extra to save $2 but concluded that this waitress had no sense of humour. We still hadn't finished with our mistakes at this point and ordered coffee. Looking around, everyone seemed be having a coffee. I am not so sure why. It was OK but lukewarm and weak but I was thirsty....remember only one glass of water. Our experience was tainted by our waitress, however, eating so close to a main road with huge trucks speeding by honking their horns is just a recipe for disaster. Finally I found a quality breakfast in outer Sydney. After moving to the north west 10 years ago I really miss the inner city quality Cafes like Bills and the now defunct Rustic, for breakfast. Wolf and Co is my new go to cafe. My wife and I argue if it is as good as Bills but it's certainly close. From my experience it certainly would take second place in the Sydney breakfast scene. The wait staff are efficient with no sign of arrogance. read more

Wolfe and Co - what has happened to you...? After many visits to what used to be one of the best cafes in the hills district - today's lunch was a major disappointment. Poor service and terrible food best describes our experience! There is clearly something wrong here, the 2 chefs were barely talking, the guy serving was also tasked with making coffee, cleaning tables, mopping the floor and delivering water straight from a tap to the tables. The woman who we assumed to be the manager was walking around, achieving very little whilst wearing a winter scarf around her neck dropping god-knows what into everyone's food. After waiting 20 minutes to be served, we attempted to order a Spanish omelette without coriander only to be told 10 minutes later that the omelette was pre-mixed! Our change in order to poached eggs and bacon with avocado arrived - eggs were barely cooked and avocado appeared as guacamole. The spring salad with crispy pancetta arrived - the goats cheese mousse just tasted of purple, the leaves were barely dressed and the seasoning has clearly gone the same way as this Cafe's reputation and left the building. So glad a great brunchy cafe has opened in my area. Definitely a great place for a catchup and delicious dishes to come with it. Highlight for me was the summer fruits! Not only did it look absolutely gorgeous and vibrant, the taste was impeccable too. I'll be back for sure! read more

Probably the best place I've had brunch at since moving to this area, my partner and I opted to share two dishes, we were torn between the breakfast burger and the French toast. Both dishes are not for the faint hearted! The French toast, is incredibly rich, but decadent, I felt like I would slip into a diabetic coma at any moment. The breakfast burger had incredibly indulgent creamy scrambled egg on it and a generous portion of cured ham. Every element was fit for royalty down to the milk bun and micro herb garnish. Have been a fan of this place since it opened, until recently. Usually it was busy, well staffed with friendly faces, great coffee, superb service and good food. Today my second extremely sub par experience, staff gestured to sit anywhere, we asked for water, waited 10 minutes...and waited. Staff were dressed like they'd walked off the street into the job, a cook with a scarf wrapped up to her ears. It was manic, tables weren't cleared and the one front of house staff member was clearly under way to much pressure to do everything. Poached eggs which were undercooked arriving 10 minutes after my partners salad. Coffee cold. The business has unfortunately taken a sharp steep dive with lack of quality control and care. Good quality coffee. It can be hard to find a waiter in between 8.30am-midday on a weekend. The food is of decent quality with average servings but a bit pricey (around $25 for breakfast). Their juices are amazing and a lot of craftsmanship goes into them so I highly recommend them. This is a new cafe and is still establishing itself. I won't be surprised if they change a few things in their menu. I will definitely try it again. read more

I stumbled across this cafe this morning and what a find! Plenty of comfortable seating and I chose inside as it was a chilly morning. The staff were more than welcoming and offered water straight away. Menu's were brought out immediately and as far as cafe menu's go, this one is full of big fresh favours and not your run of the mill heavy breakfasts. I chose the Reuben sandwich off the all day menu and was not disappointed. A very generous sized, perfectly toasted sandwich appeared, colourful and delicious looking. The beef was tender and juicy and the lashings of russian dressing on the pickled cabbage gave a welcome zing. Also excellent was the latte. Wow. A beautiful crema on top and perfectly stretched milk. Full flavoured beans. Super happy to have come across this cafe. I will also note that the open kitchen was spotless. Yelp had claimed that this cafe was permanently closed which is not accurate so hopefully that gets changed. By all means go there, its pretty great! read more

New local cafe, was keen to try it out. Nice decor and nice outdoor seating. Had already had a coffee that morning so tried the chai tea. Served pre-brewed and came out lukewarm. It was weak and tasted like old water. Ordered a breakfast burger. Was absolutely delicious but priced at $20. Definitely not competing with sausage and egg mcmuffin down the road. Overall great service and atmosphere but pricing is definitely aimed towards those living in less densely populated Dural. Also, virtually no parking on a late weekday morning when everyone is at work. Can't imagine trying to park on a weekend. read more
