My favorite dishes are 1) papaya salad (the dirty heavy crab paste version), 2) the catfish curry, and 3) the egg rolls. All of her food is fantastic. Her papaya is to die for. Seriously. It's sweet, sour, salty, and crunchy. I'm an avid papaya salad eater and Zer's is top notch. I have even sipped on the leftover liquid once all the papaya is eaten because it is that good! The catfish curry is the perfect blend of sweet and savory. I especially enjoy the fresh pineapple slices that she adds to that dish. The egg rolls are filled with a good proportion of meat and veggies. I don't like egg rolls with barely any filling in them. They're also very crispy. I highly recommend this place for catering.

Also, we had several guests with severe allergies and some with gluten issues. All of our needs were met and never questioned. Their menu is designed for GF/DF. But we also needed several plated dinners due to our more extremely allergic guests. We felt that our concerns were heard and taken seriously. Thank you!!! We also used the bar tending staff. They were excellent as well. We had three signature drinks and beer, wine and champagne. There was minimal waiting for drinks, even during the cocktail hour. We chose several appetizers (charcuterie board, veggie tray, fresh green salad) and a brownie/dessert tray that blew our minds. Excellent!!! Delivery was on time and extremely friendly. The staff was extremely professional, organized, and cleaned up after themselves as if they'd never been to the venue. They were super easy to work with throughout the entire planning process, even with a pandemic trying to throw a wrench in the planning. We don't live in the area, but if we ever had an occasion to use them again, we absolutely would. The least we can do is make sure the word gets out in their area -- Rockman's rocks!

Scott and everyone else at Rockmans (we also worked with Allyssa) was professional and extremely accommodating. Here are some highlights: -we changed our minds a thousand times and they were ok with that! Really quick to reply. -accommodated gluten free, dairy free, and soy free requests for a few of or guests -no extra charge to travel from their location (Plover) to our venue in Marshfield -we did not feel nickel and dimed, really great value -provided bar tender and let us provide our own alcohol and coffee -- they were totally fine with us using as much or as little of their services as we wanted. They don't lock you into using only them or their products for catering. -their catering costs include the linens (not extra) -really fast and efficient at serving our 160 guests -food was amazing. We got a lot of compliments. Overall Rockmans is a great value, very professional, wonderful to work with, and highly experienced. We would definitely recommend to others for wedding or other events and already have!
