I contacted them and asked for the discount since it was within 30 days and the owner laughed. Many professional companies offer price protection within 30 days of purchase, unfortunately this is not one. Its not so much the discount, its the manner in which Joel handled the conversation. Subsequently, I planned on another purchase in May 2025 for retail of almost $12,000 but now will find another company. The smug attitude of the owner and the lack of a reasonable price protection policy leads me to think "buyer beware". I have high doubts this company would stand behind its products if any issues arrive. I say, find another company. We as consumers need to make businesses honerable by shopping elsewhere. My astrologer recommended Jay Boyle Company Astrological Gems and I followed his suggestion. Leslie answered the phone and helped me throughout the process. I really appreciated her ability to concisely describe each gem and their qualities. She actually sent videos of the appropriate gems (along with wonderful dialog) and provided me with the option to view them in person, courtesy of shipping via FedEx. I love that I was allowed to live with the gems for several days and get to know each one. Once I had chosen one, Leslie introduced me to Tarah. Tarah listened to my idea and made the perfect design suggestion for a ring. I am very happy with my purchase and would wholeheartedly recommend this Astrological Gem International. Thank you Leslie, thank you Tarah!

One of the stones I originally purchased had a scratch on it that isn't visible to the naked eye and Tiffany let me know of this before she shipped it. She offered to either replace the stone or issue me a credit and I took the credit. I appreciated the high level of ethics she displayed and I would highly recommend them to anyone and will.

All 3 of them know exactly what the "regulars" want and go right to get it, but before they do they will ask you if you want the usual? The manager is FABULOUS! She is always so helpful and if there is something that they dont sell at the store she will check with her boss and the next time she sees you she will let you know what her boss said. If they are out of something you want they will tell you if and when it will be back. I WILL NOT go to any other store for my cigarettes. Even if I am in Des Moines and have no cigarettes, I will wait till I get to the store in Mount Pleasant to get my cigs. Please dont be stingy either. They go above and beyond what they have to and I know at least one of them is in college so the tips you give these very kind people does help and shows your appreciation for such GREAT SERVICE!! GREAT JOB GUYS!! This store also has the biggest selection of different products and their prices cannot be beat. You can pretty much get anything you desire at this location. Thank you for having such a great selection and UNBEATABLE PRICES!! All of this is what keeps customers like me coming back!!

I hope I come back to this area again, because I'll definitely go back there! He also had some great recommendations for alternates of Vapes I typically buy that are no longer generally available in the country.

This is a fiber artisian's version of Paradise!!…read more They have an incredible array of fabrics, patterns, idea books, notions...everything you could possibly desire. My biggest kudos are for two things: 1) the lighting in this store is magnificent. So many times when shopping for fabric in other stores, I struggle to see the true color, the pattern, etc. That is not the case here. 2) the staff is very knowledgable and it is obvious they LOVE what they do. I hate going into a big box store that sells fabric and it is obvious the sales staff doesn't know a bobbin from a tension knob. Do yourself a favor and visit Stitch'n Sew Cottage. You will happily add more goodies to your fabric stash!
