It came back as a natural unheated and untreated 2+ carat blue sapphire. They do not misrepresent their gemstones and they properly disclose their gemstones for all treatments if any and they properly represent their gemstones. They are an AGTA member, which means they have to abide by strict ethics as a precious gemstone supplier and dealer. AGTA is a reputable trade association and they also will handle any complaints towards any of their suppliers.
